Upon hearing this, Isabella smiled and said, "Fear?"

Clemento nodded and said, "He said you..."

"While you were fighting the Yan people, the Sheng Lu people fled. If they had joined the battle, we wouldn't have suffered such heavy losses. Don't you agree?"

Clemento's mind raced. As a participant in that battle, he understood that even if the Rose Fleet hadn't escaped, it wouldn't have changed the final outcome. But how could he not understand what Isabella meant? He nodded and said:
