Han Zheng was away on a business trip for half a month. When he came back, Yun Huaying was exactly three months pregnant and it was time for her to have a prenatal check-up.

During this time, she stayed at home to take care of her pregnancy. Her grandmother found ways to prepare all kinds of food for her. She got enough sleep every day. The man in the room didn't stay long. After Han Bingyu finished her porridge, he came out with the thermos bucket.

The nurses outside seemed to recognize him and took the initiative to greet him: "Director Yan, are you here to deliver breakfast to Director Han and Doctor Yan again today?"

"They were on duty last night and didn't eat breakfast on time, so I brought some for them."

The man was tall and thin, wearing black-framed glasses. He looked gentle and elegant, and spoke politely to the nurses. However, he seemed to be in a hurry to go to work, so he just said a few simple words and left.

"He just walked me to the door and then he went to the bathroom."

Han Bingyu didn't think much about it. Last night, a special pregnant woman was sent here to give birth, and she was temporarily arranged to work the night shift. She should have gone home after get off work at this time, but she was waiting here specifically for her to come for a prenatal check-up.

The prenatal checkup was quite quick. When the two of them came out of the examination room together, Han Zheng was already waiting outside. He spoke first, "Auntie, was the prenatal checkup normal?"

"Everything is fine."

He's 43 years old and was my aunt's junior high school classmate. He's been divorced for many years due to personality differences, and they have an only son. He currently works in the Ministry of Commerce and was promoted to director two months ago. He's quite capable. His son also works at the Military General Hospital, an internist.
