She figured Xu Xinning wouldn't go back on her word; she was probably going back to her dorm to get the jade pendant.

The two walked and chatted happily. However, when Wu Zhigang looked at Xu Xinning, his face was full of smiles and his eyes were filled with deep affection.

However, his expression changed as soon as he turned his head, as if his previous smile and affection were all an act, just a performance for Xu Xinning.

Therefore, Wu Zhigang's approach to Xu Xinning must have had another purpose.

Although she couldn't figure out Wu Zhigang's purpose for the time being, she was very worried about the jade pendant.

She really didn't want to return the jade pendant to Lin Qingyan, and didn't want to see Lin Qingyan's smug look after getting the jade pendant.

She sighed, clutched the jade pendant tightly in her hand, and left the dormitory.

When Lin Qingyan arrived at the dormitory building, Xu Xinning had not yet come out of the building, while Wu Zhigang was waiting at the dormitory entrance.

He looked anxiously waiting, as if he wanted to rush into the dormitory building.

Lin Qingyan had an advantage over her because she was a woman and could go directly into the dormitory building, allowing her to see Xu Xinning before Wu Zhigang.

"I have something urgent to attend to right now, let's talk about it when I get back." Lin Qingyan was now somewhat certain that Wu Zhigang's insistence on preventing her from entering the dormitory building must be related to the phoenix jade pendant.

But how could she let him stop her? Just as he was about to continue walking forward, Wu Zhigang suddenly reached out and grabbed her shoulder.

"Dr. Lin, I really have a question to ask you."

She caught up with Wu Zhigang near the small garden at almost top speed, grabbed him by the back of his collar, and slammed him to the ground.

However, Wu Zhigang's resistance was extremely tenacious. He suddenly jumped up from the ground. Since Lin Qingyan had caught up with him, it was impossible to escape. He could only defeat Lin Qingyan and then run away at all costs to hide the things.

In the end, he will only be charged with fighting.

Ten minutes later, Lin Qingyan finally subdued Wu Zhigang, took the phoenix jade pendant from his pocket, and casually put it into her own space.
