Lin Wanqiu's speech was clear, logical, and to the point, resonating with the other delegates in his group. One agricultural expert nodded, saying, "Representative Lin makes a very good point. Many rural areas are currently facing the problem of 'being able to grow crops but not be able to sell them,' the key issue being the disconnect between production and sales. I suggest increasing investment in rural medical care and education, equipping village clinics with professional medical personnel and necessary diagnostic equipment, establishing a regular medicine delivery mechanism; renovating and upgrading rural school buildings, adding teaching equipment, and encouraging excellent teachers to teach in rural areas to improve the quality of rural education. Only by resolving these concerns can villagers work with peace of mind and live with confidence, and only then can rural areas truly achieve revitalization."

As soon as Lin Wanqiu finished speaking, enthusiastic applause erupted in the meeting room. Director Li of the Municipal Health Commission carefully took notes on her suggestions and said, "Representative Lin's suggestions are very specific and targeted. Improving rural medical conditions is indeed a top priority in people's livelihood work. Lin Wanqiu's speech lasted nearly twenty minutes.
