"What a misfortune for my family!" Lan Guangxue said, sobbing uncontrollably. "I never expected it to end like this. Fortunately, God has eyes and has allowed me to live. I promise that I will never do bad things again and will rid the people of evil."

They hadn't returned yet, so Xie Zhi climbed through the window and found some food for Lan Guangxue. After they finished eating, the two of them started working.
