The plot is entirely original by the author and has basically nothing to do with the game plot, but the character designs won't be changed too much.
However, if there are errors in facili...
[The morning of the third day after taking in the kitten]
In General Connie's room, an inexplicable smell of blood wafted from the clean room. Connie fell on the table and was confirmed dead. His heart was crushed to death by an unknown strange force, and a large amount of blood flowed from his mouth. It is currently unclear who the murderer is.
Now the news of Connie's death has been blocked because of the Ascenders. I didn't know about it until Vanessa told me. I was completely stunned.
Vanessa and I stood in the room in silence. The atmosphere in the room had completely dropped to freezing point. No one knew that Connie would be the one to be killed.
Although I predicted it at the beginning, I still felt bad when the person who died was someone I was close to. That bald guy really died.
After about three minutes of silence, I broke the deadlock in advance: "Ms. Vera probably doesn't know for the time being."
Vanessa: "Only a few of us know about this. There's no way anyone in the three-headed dog team would know about this."
"That's good, okay, okay. Don't be sad, don't be sad, stay calm. He's just an old man, just a boss. He assigns you work every day. Why should you be sad? Right? Don't be sad, hahaha..." I comforted myself, but my voice became smaller and smaller.
My voice seemed like a mouthful of thick phlegm, stuck in my throat. I couldn't speak, and tears flowed uncontrollably.
Vanessa suddenly came over and stared into my eyes, a ferocious look flashing in her pupils. "Then it's our turn now."
[Noon of the third day after taking in the kitten]
Karenina had just finished with me, and because she had to work in the afternoon, she got up from the sofa early and prepared to wipe the mucus off her body with wet wipes.
I sat up and slowly put on my clothes.
"Commander, do you have anything to do this afternoon? Sleep a little longer, it's no problem."
Karenina looked at me puzzledly and said as she wiped her body.
I yawned, feeling helpless: "I have a meeting this afternoon, so I have to prepare in advance."
Karenina threw the wet tissue into the trash can and began to put on her clothes. "Hey! This should be about the rebels! Have you found anything?"
I walked over, picked up Karenina, and sat on the chair next to her. "This is now. You don't need to know."
"Huh? What are you hiding from me? Commander, don't you trust me? I made you feel so comfortable just now."
Karenina raised her smooth legs in dissatisfaction and pinched my face hard with her left hand.
I picked up a pair of black over-the-knee socks and slowly put them on Karenina. She replied calmly, "You're obviously much more comfortable than me. And the teeth marks on my neck haven't healed yet. You just broke my record again."
Karenina started to throw a tantrum: "Ahhh! What can I do? The Commander always hurts so much that I have to bite something to relieve it. Besides, don't Lucia and Liv bite you too?"
I started putting another pair of socks on Karenina. "Liv and Lucia only bit my shoulders gently, which basically didn't break or leave any heavy teeth marks. The whales were just enjoying themselves. But you, you always made me bleed, and you specifically bit my neck. People who knew me would think I was having sex with a construct, and those who didn't would think I was a vampire."
As soon as I finished speaking, the socks were put on, and Karenina jumped off me and her two little feet fit into the high heels just perfectly.
"Humph! I'll bite, I'll bite. I won't waste time talking to the commander. Karenina is going to work first."
As he said this, he jumped up and down and prepared to leave the room.
I quickly called out, "There might be an explosion show at the military camp tonight! It's specially prepared for you, and it's going to be amazing."
Karenina frowned, thinking I was joking. "Alright, alright. Instead of bragging here, why not send the cat back to the Ascender?"
I immediately flattered him, "Yes, yes! My dear wife, that's right."
"Ahhh! Commander, you idiot! It's too early to say that."
After saying this, he ran away quickly with a red face.
"How lovely! Karenina, but I'm sorry, I have to be away for a while, everyone, but I will be back."
I sighed and said something, then put on my coat, closed the door of the room, and left. Maybe I won't come back for a long time. Goodbye Karenina, Liv and Lucia.
I entered a conference hall at the back, took off my coat and other things, and threw my belongings into a basket.
Vanessa and I were dressed in white prison uniforms and escorted by two constructs to the interrogation table. There were dense crowds of people standing around us. They were all there to watch the interrogation. The noise was so loud that it could almost shatter the eardrums.
The chief interrogator looked at the manuscript in his hand, adjusted his glasses, and then ordered his subordinates to turn on the screen behind them to play the video evidence.
The video clearly showed my encounter with Alpha that night. I don’t know who filmed it and used it as evidence.
The chief interrogator shouted, "Commander of the Gray Crows, are the secret communications between you and the Ascended shown in this evidence true?"
I panicked and argued, "How can you prove that she is an ascender?" A look of fear appeared on my face, and people around me laughed at me.
"I didn't expect you to be in cahoots with the Ascenders."
"It turns out that everything you did before was to confuse us."
"If we hadn't been caught by the higher-ups, we would probably still be kept in the dark by you."
