In her first r...
The next day, Wang Yitong and Zhou Yinuo's family went to the Panda Tea Coffee base, which is located in a mountainous area of Yunnan. The climate and soil here are very suitable for growing tea.
Wang Yitong walked into the base and saw lush green tea gardens filled with various varieties of tea trees, including Pu'er tea, black tea, green tea, white tea, and more.
"Yitong, this is our base, what do you think?" Zhou Yino's father said.
"This place is really beautiful. I think our Panda Tea and Coffee will be very popular," said Wang Yitong.
"Yes, our Panda Tea Coffee has been on the market for some time and the response has been very good. We plan to expand the production scale to meet the needs of more consumers," said Zhou Yinuo's father.
"That's great. I believe our Panda Tea Coffee will get better and better." Wang Yitong said.
At the base, Wang Yitong also met with the R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams of Panda Tea Coffee. They introduced the R&D and production processes of Panda Tea Coffee to Wang Yitong, who expressed his appreciation and gratitude for their work.
"Thank you for your hard work. I believe our Panda Tea Coffee will become a well-known brand," said Wang Yitong.
"Thank you Mr. Wang for your encouragement. We will definitely work hard," said the employees.
After spending a fulfilling day at the base, Wang Yitong became more confident about the future development trend of Panda Tea & Coffee, as if he saw a bright prospect slowly unfolding before his eyes.
As night fell, she and Zhou Yinuo's family sat around the dining table and happily enjoyed a sumptuous dinner. After dinner, Wang Yitong returned to the room carefully prepared for her and lay on the comfortable bed. Her thoughts gradually drifted away, her mind constantly recalling the experiences of the day, and then she slowly fell into a sweet dream.
The next day, sunlight streamed in through the gaps in the curtains, and Wang Yitong woke up slowly, feeling refreshed. Zhou Yinuo then drove her on the long-awaited trip to Yunnan.
Wang Yitong said happily, "I've always wanted to travel to Yunnan, but I never made a good plan for it before due to various reasons. Coming here in winter this time is really the right decision. Brother Yinuo, you know I'm very afraid of the cold. The climate here, which is like spring all year round, is really perfect for vacation, life, and even retirement."
Zhou Yinuo smiled and replied, "Of course. My parents are already accustomed to life here. If they were to return to Chengdu for a long time, they would actually feel uncomfortable. So let's go out and have fun."
In Dali, they visited Erhai Lake, Cangshan Mountain and other scenic spots. Wang Yitong was attracted by the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake. She exclaimed: "It is so beautiful here, just like a painting."
Zhou Yinuo smiled and said, "Yes, Erhai Lake is a pearl of Yunnan, and the scenery here is very charming." They also rented a bicycle and rode along Erhai Lake, enjoying the sea breeze and sunshine.
In Lijiang, they visited the ancient city, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and other attractions. Wang Yitong was very interested in the ancient city's architecture and cultural heritage. While admiring the ancient buildings, she listened to Zhou Yinuo's explanation of the ancient city's history and culture. At Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, they took a cable car together and admired the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains.
Wang Yitong said excitedly: "The scenery here is so spectacular. I have never seen such beautiful snow-capped mountains."
That's how the two of them arrived in Xishuangbanna. Because Wang Yitong was afraid of staying alone in a hotel, they booked a family room. Wang Yitong slept in a quieter part of the room, while Zhou Yinuo slept outside the living room.
In the evening, the two of them tasted local delicacies.
Pineapple Purple Rice: A clever fusion of rice and pineapple. The fresh, sweet and sour taste of pineapple complements the mellow and smooth taste of glutinous rice. The unique combination is unforgettable.
Grilled Fish with Lemongrass: This Dai specialty requires no elaborate seasonings; it's grilled with pure, natural lemongrass. The fish is white and tender, and the fresh, tender aroma spreads across your mouth.
Bamboo Tube Rice: Also known as Fragrant Bamboo Tube Rice, this dish perfectly combines the freshness of bamboo with the delicate fragrance of rice noodles. Gently unwrap the bamboo tube, and each grain of rice seems to be soaked in the scent of bamboo. It tastes soft and delicious, leaving you with an unforgettable aftertaste.
Fire-roasted Ganba: Made with tender yellow beef, meticulously grilled, it becomes large, crispy, and fragrant chunks. Tear off a piece and put it in your mouth; the texture is similar to beef jerky, yet it possesses a unique charm.
Bao Shao (Bao Shao): This unique delicacy of the Dai people of Xishuangbanna is prepared using a unique cooking method—the use of banana leaves—that imbues the dish with a unique soul. Like a natural plastic wrap, the banana leaves gently wrap the food before cooking, preserving its original flavor and moisture. Savoring Bao Shao's delicacy allows one to savor the ingredients' true, natural flavors.
Pounded Chicken Feet: This Xishuangbanna ethnic snack is considered an upgraded version of lemon chicken feet. It consists of pounded chicken feet until the meat and bones are separated, then paired with tomatoes, water spinach, lime, crushed peanuts, cilantro, and other ingredients. The chicken feet are richly flavored, with a rich texture, and the skin is firm and the meat is fragrant. It's especially sour and refreshing in the summer.
Tomato Nami Platter: This isn't a dish, but rather a shorthand term for a Dai food dish. "Mi" means to stir or mix. It can be eaten with anything, from vegetables to meats, as long as you like. It has a sweet, sour, and spicy taste, combining the sweetness of tomatoes with the heat of chili peppers.
Fried cowhide: It is a unique delicacy in Xishuangbanna that is eaten with wine. It must be eaten with Nami. It has a sweet and sour taste and is crispy. Locals like to soak fried cowhide in rice noodles.
