"Wait a minute, it's so small." Chanyeol took the hat off his head in a daze, fiddled with it for a bit, and said to the camera, "This is size B, it's not that my head is big. This is for children."
"You have to press this down really hard," Sehun said cheerfully from the side.
Chanyeol listened and tried to put it on again, but still couldn't get it on. "Really, my head can't fit in."
"Move aside." Sehun laughed as soon as he saw it, smugly pushing Chanyeol aside, taking the hat and putting it on his head.
As a result, he couldn't put it on at all. Sehun took it off with a wronged expression, looking even more ridiculous than Chanyeol.
Seeing that the two of them were squeezing so hard their faces were distorted and they couldn't even put on the wolf hat, Kim Jongin couldn't help but slap his thigh and laugh.
"Is this for children?" Chanyeol was still holding the fluffy wolf hat, examining it closely with genuine confusion on his face, as if he was really wondering if it was a children's size.
Sehun, standing next to his brother, couldn't help but chuckle at his brother's silly expression. He shook his head helplessly, his eyes filled with the thought that "this brother is hopeless."
At this moment, Kim Jongin tried to steer the conversation back on track. He stroked his chin and pretended to be deep in thought, "Hmm... I wonder what the members would like?" He secretly winked at Sehun, implying that it was time to find out the birthday boy's preferences.
The quick-witted Sehun immediately picked up on the signal and turned to Chanyeol, asking, "Hyung, who do you want to give a gift to?" He tried to make his tone sound natural and casual, as if he were just chatting.
Chanyeol was completely unaware that this was a "trap." He grinned widely, revealing his signature white teeth, and looked intently at Jongin, his tone slightly smug: "I didn't know, Kai!" He even imitated a fan's tone, "I'm a fan of Kai, didn't you verify that?"
"What kind of certification is this? You're my fan!" Kim Jongin immediately made an extremely absurd expression, as if he had heard something unbelievable, waved his hand in disgust, and leaned back.
Chanyeol, however, got more and more excited as he continued his "fan declaration": "I really like Kai lately, and I praise him for everything he does." His sincere expression made it seem as if he were stating an objective fact.
“That’s right.” Sehun stood to the side, arms crossed, nodding in agreement as if he didn’t want to miss the show, adding fuel to the fire.
“Kai should like me too,” Chanyeol said earnestly, gesturing with his hands to try and convince them. “We’ve been sharing rooms a lot lately, even at hotels.” He was referring to the fact that they had often been assigned to share a room during their recent schedule.
"I'm going to throw up." Kim Jongin couldn't stand it anymore. He put his hands in his pockets, bent over, and laughed uncontrollably, feeling goosebumps rising on his skin.
Seeing Jongin's reaction, Chanyeol couldn't hold back anymore. His "devoted fan" act instantly crumbled. He patted Sehun's shoulder and switched to a smug look, saying, "Actually, I'm just saying that. I actually prefer shopping alone." He tried to save face.
"Then I can leave, right?" Sehun immediately seized the opportunity to undermine him, making a move to turn around and leave.
"You go first," Chanyeol replied stubbornly, but less than a second after he finished speaking, he immediately realized his mistake and hurriedly changed his words: "Ah, no! It will be very awkward for Kai and me if you're not here!" A hint of panic appeared on his face as he tried to find an excuse, "It's like when people who like each other are together, it's a bit awkward, isn't it?" This strange analogy made Kim Jongin laugh so hard he bent over.
