Chapter 70 Backstage Standby (2/2)

When he pushed open the door of the waiting room, Ouyang Guang's eyes swept across the performance schedule on the wall. The three letters "EXO" were clearly visible. He took a deep breath, and his eyes became firm and bright.

After the greeting session, Ouyang Guang returned to the waiting room and looked at the time. It was only eight o'clock in the morning, and there were at least two or three hours before their rehearsal. He silently took out a stack of test papers and exercise books from his schoolbag, found a corner and sat down to start doing the questions.

"Wow, you're working so hard?" Wu Xun came over to look at his math problems. "What the hell is this? I don't understand it at all."

Ouyang Guang wrote in a blank style without even looking up: "I have an exam next week. I missed too many classes." His pen tip moved quickly on the paper, and he bit his lower lip from time to time.

The noisy sounds in the waiting room didn't seem to affect him at all, and he didn't even notice his agent coming in to deliver a lunch box.

"Eat first." Kim Junmyeon put the lunch box next to him.

"Soon, I'll finish this problem." Ouyang Guang frowned, and the draft paper was densely filled with calculations. He didn't breathe a sigh of relief until he got the correct answer and closed the exercise book.

After dinner, he continued to concentrate on his homework. Some of the staff members were catching up on their sleep, while others were playing with their phones. The waiting room gradually became quiet. When Ouyang Guang finished two math papers, he found that Wu Xun had fallen asleep on his shoulder without knowing when.

"Ah Xun..." He pushed gently, but the other person fell into a deeper sleep. Ouyang Guang smiled helplessly, carefully adjusted his posture to make him more comfortable, and then continued to do his English homework.

Nearly two hours passed like this. When Ouyang Guang had just put away the third completed test paper, the staff finally came to inform him: "EXO can prepare for rehearsal."

He gently woke Wu Yuxun up: "Yuxun, it's time to rehearse." Then he stretched his numb shoulders and carefully put the test papers and homework into his schoolbag. When he stood up, he found Jin Junmyeon looking at him and smiling.

"What's wrong, Junmyeon?"

"Nothing," Kim Junmyeon helped him straighten his clothes, "I just think our youngest is amazing."

Ouyang Guang shook his head and followed the other performers to the stage. It only took a few minutes for a student to change from a serious student to an artist who was about to go on stage.

On the stage before the rehearsal, the members were debugging the equipment. The seats were already full and the fans cheered as soon as they saw EXO appear.

"SUN! Look here!"

Ouyang Guang was just checking the position with Jin Zhongren, and turned his head when he heard the shout. His expression was still indifferent, but his eyes had softened a lot.

"Have you had breakfast?" a girl in the front row wearing a "SUN" headband asked loudly.

This question made the staff members around him laugh. Kim Jong-in nagged him on the shoulder and said, "It seems your bread is going to be famous."

Ouyang Guang's ears turned slightly red, and he answered vaguely: "...I ate it."

"What did you eat?" Some fans in the audience, who knew that he had a piece of bread in his mouth at the door in the morning, deliberately made a fuss.

Ouyangguang made a gesture to keep quiet and smiled helplessly: "Shh! I ate banana milk and bread. Don't spread the photos I took this morning. This is our secret."

"La La, promise!" Ouyang Guang extended his hand to the fans in the audience.

There was a burst of cheers and screams from the audience. Park Chanyeol said, "Wow, our SUN is not shy!"

Ouyangguang immediately returned to his expressionless look, but the tenderness in his eyes and eyebrows could not be hidden. He turned around and walked back to his station, but heard a crying voice behind him, speaking in non-standard Chinese, "Ouyangguang! Congratulations on your debut! Great!"

Ouyang Guang immediately turned around, raised his hand, gestured to Fang Qi, and said, "Thank you!"
