After Divorce, The Cold CEO Begs Me Not to Withdraw Investment

Ye Feng loved Liu Qingyi for ten years, believing she was the only one in his life. However, he never expected a younger man to interfere. Filled with disappointment, he resolutely chose divorce.

Chapter Twelve: I Need Your Help

She picked up her phone and dialed a number.

"Hello, it's me... I need your help..."

Her voice was deep and firm, carrying an unquestionable authority.

After hanging up the phone, Liu Qingyi walked to the mirror and looked at herself.

Her face was pale, but her eyes were unusually bright.

She took a deep breath and tidied her messy hair and clothes.

"Qin Feng, we'll see."

She spoke in a low voice, her tone full of confidence and determination.

She picked up her bag and left the room.

The corridor was deserted, with only dim lighting and silent air.

Liu Qingyi's footsteps echoed clearly in the empty corridor.

She walked to the elevator entrance and pressed the down button.

The elevator doors slowly opened, and she stepped inside.

She was alone in the elevator. She watched the elevator doors slowly close, as if isolating herself from everything in the past.

"From now on, everything will be different," Liu Qingyi said silently to herself.

The elevator arrived at the first floor, and the doors slowly opened.

Liu Qingyi walked out and disappeared into the night.

As night fell, the city's neon lights flickered, like the cold pupils of a giant beast, gazing down at everything below.

Ye Feng's office was dimly lit, and the air was filled with a faint smell of tobacco.

He stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, looking down at the bustling street below.

A cigarette was held between his fingers, its scarlet flame flickering in the darkness.

A soft knock on the door broke the silence.

"Come in."

Ye Feng's voice was low and hoarse, carrying a hint of barely perceptible tension.

The door was gently pushed open, and Qi Xue walked in.

She was wearing a simple black suit, her long hair casually draped over her shoulders, her face showing a hint of fatigue, but her eyes were unusually firm.

"Ye Feng, here's what you wanted."

Qi Xue walked up to Ye Feng and handed him a USB drive.

Ye Feng took the USB drive, his fingers trembling slightly.

He knew that this was the crucial evidence he had been waiting for, enough to completely destroy that mysterious bigwig.

"Thank you, Qi Xue."

Ye Feng's voice was choked with emotion. He raised his head and stared intently at Qi Xue.

"Without you, I simply couldn't have done it."

Qi Xue smiled slightly, a complex emotion flashing in her eyes.

"I just did what I was supposed to do."

Ye Feng took a deep breath and inserted the USB drive into the computer.

On the screen, lines of data flashed by rapidly, cascading down like a waterfall.

"That's all..."

Ye Feng's breathing became rapid, and his heart began to beat faster.

He stared intently at the screen, as if trying to etch the data into his mind.

Qi Xue stood aside, quietly watching Ye Feng.

She knew what this moment meant to him.

After a long while, Ye Feng finally raised his head, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Qi Xue, we won!"

Qi Xue smiled, but there was a hint of bitterness in her smile.

"This game has only just begun."

Ye Feng picked up his phone and dialed a number.

"Hey, Lao Zhang, let's begin!"

His voice was deep and firm, carrying an unquestionable authority.

After hanging up the phone, Ye Feng walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, looking at the brightly lit city outside, his eyes filled with confidence and determination.

"Just you wait and see,"

He whispered, "I'll make you pay!"

The business world was in turmoil over the next few days.

Ye Feng, together with his business partners, launched a thunderous attack on the mysterious tycoon's company.

Using the key materials provided by Qi Xue and the weaknesses of their opponents that Ye Feng knew, they quickly seized the market, advancing step by step and driving their opponents into a corner.

Qin Feng's company stock price plummeted, partners withdrew their investments one after another, and his once-thriving business empire was on the verge of collapse.

Ye Feng sat in his office, watching the constantly updated news on his computer screen, a cold smile playing on his lips.

He knew he had won.

Qi Xue stood behind him, looking at his back with a complicated expression.

She knew how much hardship and sacrifice lay behind this victory.

"Ye Feng," Qi Xue said softly, "are you really happy?"

Ye Feng turned around and looked at Qi Xue, a hint of confusion flashing in his eyes.

“I don’t know,” he said softly. “Maybe.”

Qi Xue sighed, walked to the French windows, and looked at the sky outside that was gradually brightening.

"This war is over."

Ye Feng walked to her side and stood with her, watching the new day begin.

“Yes,” Ye Feng said in a low voice, “it’s over.”

But they all knew that the new challenges were just beginning.

As the clamor of victory faded, only Ye Feng and Qi Xue remained by the floor-to-ceiling windows of his office.

The city's night view remained dazzling, but it couldn't reflect the tranquility in Ye Feng's heart at this moment.

Qi Xue's words were like a pebble, stirring ripples in the calm lake of his heart.

He couldn't answer the question, "Are you happy?"

Suddenly, the silence was broken by the ringing of a cell phone.

Ye Feng glanced at the caller ID; it was Liu Qingyi.

He hesitated for a moment, but finally answered the phone.

"Ye Feng," Liu Qingyi's voice trembled slightly, "can we meet?"

Ye Feng gripped his phone tighter, his knuckles turning white.

"Is there something you need?" His tone was indifferent, with a hint of barely perceptible aloofness.

"I want to talk to you about... us."
