He Lanyi murmured, "Yanyan, I won't do anything to hurt you!"

He simply kissed her respectfully, then moved his hands to her still slender waist, gently supporting her as their lips met.

He Lancheng kept a close eye on the movements in the next room.

Thankfully, nothing happened.

He realized he had been judging others by his own petty standards. His elder brother had always been self-disciplined and respectful of propriety, and had never been interested in women. He would never do anything immoral!

He was overthinking it! He's let his brother down!

The news of Li Yunyan's pregnancy was only told to the old lady by He Lanyi through Shuquan the next morning.

Li Yunyan also sent Qingyin back to her parents' home in a carriage to let them know that she was doing well and that her parents should not worry.
