Chapter 17 The Cat Who Loves to Explore Poisonous Mushrooms

After hearing what Bai Xi said, Lin Ting quickly opened his personal account. The number of fan accounts that he had originally had around a dozen or so increased to several thousand in a short period of time, and was still showing an increasing trend. There were even quite a few fans in the same city who asked about the specific location of their pet hospital.

Officer Zhang received an urgent task and had no time to pick up Xuelang, so he could only leave Xuelang with her first.

Police Officer Zhang also transferred a sum of money, saying it was a reward for taking care of the snow wolf.

Lin Ting thought about it and accepted the money.

"No need. Officer Zhang is not in Jiangcheng recently. I'll take Snow Wolf home to take care of him first." There are not many furry children in the pet hospital now, so there is no need to leave one person here on duty alone.

She used her phone's navigation to find the pet store shown on the map.

The pet shop is connected to the pet hospital next to it and is run by the same company.

Lin Ting pushed the door open and walked in. Before the clerk could greet him, the door of the pet shop opened again. A girl with twin ponytails ran in hurriedly, holding a silver Maine Coon cat. "Doctor, help!"

"Doctor Zhao." The clerk hurriedly shouted upstairs.

Then a doctor in a white coat hurried down from upstairs. When he saw the cat in the girl's arms, he quickly asked, "What's going on?"

The Maine Coon cat leaned in the girl's arms, kicking its four legs upwards and even making grabbing movements.

The Maine Coon cat rolled over in the girl's arms and almost rolled out. Fortunately, the girl reacted quickly and caught the cat in time. "Doctor, look, the disease is getting worse again. Please save my cat."

Doctor Zhao glanced at the clerk next to him and said, "Let's arrange a set of tests first to see what's going on."

"Miss, please hand the cat over to my clerk for examination. You can sit here for a while." Doctor Zhao stepped forward to take the cat.

The girl looked Lin Ting up and down with a hesitant look, her eyes wary. "Who are you? Why don't you let my cat get checked? If the condition is delayed, you will be responsible."

Seeing their sister being yelled at like that, the little cow and the snow wolf stepped forward to stand in front of Lin Ting.

The pinned cat and dog stood obediently beside Lin Ting, ready to attack at any time.

Lin Ting met their questioning gazes again, "I'm also a veterinarian. I said there's no need for an examination because your cat isn't sick."

"My cat is like this, how can it be okay? It can't even walk in a straight line at home." The girl's tone was full of anxiety.

Dr. Zhao was full of hostility towards the pet doctor who suddenly appeared.

After all, there is competition between pet hospitals, otherwise their pet hospital would not be so unpopular.

"What's the problem? Is my cat hopeless?" The girl's eyes turned red as she spoke, and she was about to cry.

The girl shook her head, "No."

After answering, the girl seemed to remember something important and quickly added, "I didn't eat it, but I have some wild safflower at home. My mother sent it to me by express a few days ago. Cats are full of curiosity and a desire to explore everything. It is not impossible for them to secretly taste poisonous mushrooms when their owners are not paying attention.
