Seeing Su Beibei cared so much about the CD, Auntie asked curiously, "What CD is it? Is it important?"

Su Beibei smiled and said, "A neighbor kid became a star, and he gave me his first album."

The aunt nodded and said, "Maybe the gentleman didn't know and lost it by mistake."

"Probably."

Su Beibei closed the door and then went downstairs with her aunt.

After exiting the elevator and standing in front of the lobby, the aunt pointed at the trash can and told Su Beibei, "I threw the trash in that can, but I'm afraid I can't find it anymore."

Every morning at five o'clock, the community's sanitation workers come to clean up the garbage on time, but I'm afraid it has already been taken away.

"I'll go take a look. Auntie, you go back first."

After watching the aunt leave, Su Beibei finally headed for the trash can. She'd already given up hope, but when she reached the garbage dump, she found it was overflowing with trash. Apparently, the sanitation worker had been lazy this morning and forgot to take out the trash.

Just then, the sanitation worker drove over in a small car and saw Su Beibei staring at the pile of garbage in a daze. The sanitation worker thought that the female owner had some objections to their work.

Worried that Su Beibei would complain about their dereliction of duty, the sanitation worker quickly told Su Beibei, "The woman who was supposed to be cleaning up the trash was in a car accident this morning and is still in the hospital, so the trash hasn't been taken out today. I'm from the East District next door, and I'm here to clean up your West District's trash on her behalf."

Hearing that the aunt had been in a car accident, Su Beibei asked with concern, "Is the aunt seriously injured?"

The uncle opened the door of the garbage truck and prepared to dump the garbage.

Su Beibei quickly said, "Uncle, wait a moment. I'm looking for something. My aunt accidentally lost something. I want to see if I can find it back."

"Okay, go ahead and look for it. Tell me what the garbage bag looks like, and I'll help you find it."

“Purple.”

When Li Li came back, he drove the car directly to the underground garage. When he got home, he found the house was pitch black.

"Beibei?"

When Su Beibei didn't answer, Li Li turned on the light and walked into the master bedroom. Seeing that Su Beibei was not in the master bedroom, Li Li went to Su Beibei's study.

Still not here.

Where are the people?

Li Li went to Li Ao's room and saw that Li Ao had fallen asleep. He frowned immediately. Where did Beibei go? She would never leave a child alone at home.

Li Li walked out of the living room and stood on the balcony, ready to call Su Beibei. As he lowered his head to pick up his phone, his eyes inadvertently swept downstairs and he found a familiar figure squatting next to the trash can.

Li Li paused in his movement to take out his cell phone.

He thought he was seeing things, but after a second glance, he was sure he was right. Su Beibei was actually squatting next to a pile of garbage, not even bothered by the dirt, searching for a garbage bag with her clean hands!

Li Li saw this scene, and a hint of anger appeared on his face. To find that thing, such a clean person actually went through the garbage with his bare hands!

Is that thing so important?

Is the thing more important, or is the person who gives it more important?

“Found it!”

The garbage bag in Su Beibei's house was purple. She took the purple garbage bag out of the garbage pile, quickly tore it open, and poured out everything inside.

Mixed in among the pile of household garbage was an international express box. Su Beibei shook the box and heard a clattering sound inside.

Li Li really lost the CD...

Su Beibei's heart felt like it was crushed by a wheel and shattered into pieces.

The uncle asked her, "Did you find it?"

Su Beibei came back to her senses, quickly stood up with the CD in her hand, and said to the uncle, "I found it. I'm sorry I messed up all the trash."

"It's okay, as long as you found it, go back, I need to take out the trash."

"Well, sorry for the trouble, uncle."

Su Beibei turned around with the CD in her hand and saw Li Li standing at the entrance of the hallway. He was looking at her with a cold and suspicious look.

Su Beibei quickly calmed down.

She walked up to Li Li step by step, and before he could say anything, she raised the CD in her hand and asked him, "Did you lose it on purpose, or by mistake?"

Li Li reached out and snatched the CD from Su Beibei's hand.

Li Li held the CD in his left hand and patted it on his right palm. He looked up at Su Beibei, his eyes becoming much more sinister. "Is this CD that important?"

Su Beibei could clearly hear the sourness and anger in Li Li's words.

But she was the one who should be angry at this moment.

Su Beibei asked again: "I ask you, did you do it on purpose or was it an accident?"

Li Li pursed his lips tightly, his expression turning cold. He gave up and admitted generously, "I dropped it on purpose."

Su Beibei's expression suddenly turned cold. "Why?"

"You ask me why?" Li Li's heart was filled with anger. If the anger had a tangible form, it would be three meters high!

Li Li asked Su Beibei: "I'm angry, can't you see? Beibei, you are my wife, and I haven't even given you a birthday present yet, and this guy has already started preparing a gift for you!"

"What do you think he is up to?"

Su Beibei said: "He is just a child, he is five years younger than me! What can he think?"
