Zonghai Hot Spring Resort is a comprehensive leisure resort consisting of a star-rated hotel, natural hot springs, a conference center, Chinese and Western restaurants, a health club, and leisure and entertainment facilities. It boasts beautiful scenery and expansive grounds. Rooms are categorized as boutique rooms, superior rooms, executive rooms, deluxe hot spring suites, and garden villas.

The ticket Liu Jingze's friend had given him was for a superior room, and the front desk staff strongly recommended upgrading to a deluxe hot spring suite. The beautiful staff member explained, "Each room in the deluxe hot spring suite has its own private hot spring pool.
