General's Mansion

The servants in the general's mansion were extremely busy today, going in and out constantly.

"Yin'er has always been a cheerful girl," Madam Nan said. Her daughter always starts laughing at the air; she'll definitely be a happy little girl when she grows up.

Nan Yin was grasping at something in the air, trying to pry open Gu Yin's hand. Gu Yin reached out, and strangely enough, everyone else couldn't see him, but this little girl could see him. Not only could she see him, she could also touch him.

"Yin'er drew lots, and now she's holding onto me like this. Is she trying to find a husband for herself?" Gu Yin teased her.

Nanyin seemed to understand, laughing heartily, which delighted everyone.

Gu Yin's heart melted, and he hugged her tightly. Nan Yin seemed to like him a lot, and she was always close to him.

"What is this little girl doing?" Everyone found it amusing. Was she hugging thin air? With her little arms outstretched, she was smiling rather foolishly.

"Alright, quick, let's pick the prettiest one, okay? What does Yin'er like best here?" Gu Yin asked, leading Nan Yin to look at the little trinkets on the carpet.

"How about a riding whip? Yin'er loves freedom the most, and riding a horse is always her happiest time," Gu Yin said.

Nan Yin didn't react. She sat there looking at the things in front of her, not knowing what to take.

"Yin'er, look, see what you like, shall we go get one?" Madam Nan and the others were getting impatient. Seeing the little one sitting there without going to get anything, they coaxed her.

"Waaah..." The little guy looks like he's about to cry.

Gu Yin was terrified: "What's wrong?" Gu Yin quickly tried to comfort her, but Nan Yin waved her small hand haphazardly and pulled Gu Yin's hair.
