Bai Xizhu picked out some food for Leng Yebai and placed it in front of him. Only then did Leng Yebai pick up his chopsticks and eat it bite by bite.

It tasted bland, yet I enjoyed it.

Zhang Yiming's words surprised the Bai family slightly.

Bai Yifan grinned shamelessly at Zhang Yiming and Leng Yebai, hoping they would put in a good word for him.

I never imagined that what my older sister just said was true.

He really had to absorb the crystal cores for half an hour before he could eat.

What will be left on the table half an hour later?

All that remained were a mess of cups and plates, and a few men cleaning up the table.

"Maybe I'm just imagining things."

Zhang Yiming smiled, said nothing more, and slowly ate the food on his plate.

He was just giving a heads-up, nothing more.

Leng Yebai's brainwaves exploding is none of his concern, as long as Xiao Zhu is not exposed.

Seeing that Zhang Yiming didn't react in any particular way, and only casually asked about Leng Yebai's brainwaves, the Bai family members probably hadn't discovered the spatial problem either.

I breathed a sigh of relief.

Bai Xizhu didn't have any particular feelings; she always felt that even if Zhang Yiming knew about the existence of the space, it wouldn't matter.

Anyway, they're all friends, and he's not the greedy kind of person.

Bai Yifan touched his empty stomach and continued speaking.

"Brother Leng, you look much more handsome than before." Bai Yifan said sincerely.

Hopefully, someone can see his sincerity and talk to his older sister so that he can have a meal with her.

He wasn't particularly hungry, but seeing everyone else eating while he was miserably absorbing the crystal cores all by himself made him feel quite uncomfortable.

To be honest, he did think Leng Yebai looked a bit more handsome after soaking in the spiritual spring water.

The rotten flesh on his face seemed to have lessened.

Maybe it's just my imagination!

"You're right."

Leng Yebai nodded calmly, without even looking at Bai Yifan.

Xiao Zhu was punished, so he couldn't speak up for her.

A wife should lead by example, and her husband should follow suit; this is the most basic male virtue.

"Brother Zhang, you look even more impressive than yesterday."

Seeing that Leng Yebai didn't speak up for him, Bai Yifan turned to talk to Zhang Yiming.

Zhang Yiming smiled gently at Bai Yifan, "I think so too."

After consuming licorice, it did not transform into a human, but its brainwaves became much, much stronger.

The level is probably a bit higher now.

However, it is definitely more impressive.

Some zombies have weak brainwaves, while others have very strong brainwaves.

A large portion of the zombies that rushed into the village were high-level zombies.

"Quick! We need to get there right now!"

Liu Jing and Wang Yiyun stood up decisively, their supernatural abilities eager to be unleashed.

Finally, some zombies came and let them dissect the crystal core.

There were quite a few zombies in the village, but they were all Zhang Yiming's men, and the villagers were too embarrassed to dissect them.

Zhang Yiming narrowed his eyes. "Let's eat first, then we'll go."

The zombies' brainwaves filled all directions, yet they only attacked from one direction. At this point, all we could do was wait and see.
