If you were to ask Bai Yifan what kind of person his older sister is, several adjectives would instantly come to mind.

The siblings walked in front, while Base Chief Leng Yebai and Zhang Yiming walked behind.

The group attracted a lot of attention as they walked down the street, especially because of the wound on Bai Xizhu's forehead and the base leader's face, which made people even more uneasy.

After Captain Feng returned from outside today, he said that a zombie king would attack the safe base, and everyone is now on full alert.

But the base commander lifted the alert just ten minutes earlier.

Everyone had great faith in the base commander's abilities, but seeing the scars on someone's forehead, they couldn't help but start to worry again.

Bai Xizhu kept her head down, scrolling through her phone, and her shoulders would occasionally twitch.

"Sis, don't be afraid. I definitely won't let you keep your good fortune to yourself!" Bai Yifan patted his chest lightly, looking like a real man. "Besides, I'm a metal-type ability user. Don't worry, with me protecting you, those zombies won't eat you."

He definitely didn't mean to scare his older sister who had suddenly lost her memory.

He just felt great about acting like a big shot in front of his older sister!

"I'm not scared." Bai Xizhu raised her head, her shoulders still trembling, but the expression on her face wasn't one of fear; instead, her eyes held a hint of excitement. "So, I have superpowers too? And killing people isn't illegal?"

“Oh, so you don’t have many enemies.” Bai Xizhu nodded calmly. “I’m afraid I will in the future.”

After speaking, Bai Xizhu gave Bai Yifan a meaningful look.

"Grandpa! Come quick, my sister is hurt!"
