What are the weaknesses?

Bai Xizhu felt a fierce hurricane coming from the direction of the zombie Kun; the stench of the wind made it almost impossible for her to open her eyes.

He raised his hand and slapped Leng Yebai's hand, which was picking at Zhang Yiming's fingers.

Leng Yebai stared intently at Zhang Yiming's large, well-defined hands before whispering, "Its brainwaves are extremely fragile and not controlled by other brainwaves. It has also lost its sense of smell and cannot even smell the scent of flesh and blood."

In other words, the zombie Kun's actions were entirely controlled by the guy who was secretly causing trouble.

And that old guy is hiding in the deepest part of the sea.

Zombie Kun moves slowly, and even with its wind-based abilities, it flies much slower than ordinary fish.

Its imposing aura and enormous size are intimidating, and it certainly has the strength.

However, by using agile movements and taking advantage of the time difference in which those old guys in the sea control the zombie kun, it is still possible to defeat this zombie kun that looks like it is about to perish.

The rotting flesh on the zombie Kun's body was scattered and about to fall apart, while Leng Yebai had already become a sixth-level superhuman in the few minutes before he arrived.

For survivors, a sixth-tier ability user is already the pinnacle. Apart from freaks like Captain Zhang, very few people can break through to a level above the sixth tier.

Among all of humanity, there are only a handful of people with superpowers at the sixth rank or higher.

Moreover, when Leng Yebai enhanced his abilities, he always used spatial assistance, making him capable of fighting even seventh-level ability users.

If the Zombie Kun were at its peak, even Leng Yebai and Zhang Yiming combined might not be able to defeat it.

But even the zombie Kun, which was almost tortured to the point of falling apart, was still capable.

A hollow, behemoth's voice came from ahead. It opened its blood-red maw, and black viscous fluid dripped into the sea like water being poured from a basin, flowing down the hole in its mouth.

The zombie kun could easily devour the three people.

Bai Xizhu noticed that the zombie Kun showed no urge to devour flesh and blood. Instead, it mechanically opened its mouth like a broken machine and swallowed some insignificant things.

Compared to zombies or zombie-like marine creatures that pounce on flesh and blood, the behavior of the Zombie Kun is indeed very abnormal.

This thing has no sense of smell or taste, and it's a zombie. Its existence has no meaning anymore; it just lives with empty eyes.

Even zombies have a goal; devouring flesh and blood is the meaning of their existence.

This zombie Kun was just a wreckage.

The remains of a whale fall that should have nourished all things.

"pay close attention."

Bai Xizhu whispered a reminder, then used her control to quickly dodge the gaping maw of the zombie kun.

Bang!

The zombie kun's blackened teeth clenched together heavily.

Several large chunks of rotting flesh fell off the mouth due to the violent shaking.

Large chunks of rotting flesh, almost as heavy as Bai Xizhu herself, fell heavily into the sea.

As the seawater burst open, a group of swimming creatures also gathered around.

Some decaying zombie sea creatures were actually devouring the rotten flesh that fell from the zombie kun below!

They are marine zombies from the seabed, not land-based zombies.

Countless tiny zombie-like marine creatures splashed in the seawater.

Bai Xizhu saw that the jellyfish, which should have been almost transparent, were now in a semi-transparent, semi-decayed state because their flesh had begun to rot.

Bai Xizhu, with her exceptionally sharp eyesight, even saw the pathways through which the jellyfish, after digesting the black, rotten flesh, dispersed it throughout its body.

Bai Xizhu was startled.

On land, zombies, without the command of higher-level zombies, will not devour decaying flesh or even think of attacking their own kind.

Only high-level zombies, possessing self-awareness and knowing that the crystal cores in a zombie's brain can also be absorbed, will harm their companions.

But no zombie will ever actively devour the flesh and blood of its own kind.

Even if this is beneficial to evolution.

The more zombie viruses you devour, the more zombie viruses your body will contain, and the greater the chance of advancing your rank.

These jellyfish themselves don't have much offensive power; compared to zombie whales and zombie octopus turtles, they're practically the difference between zombie fish and zombie whales.

Their collective decision to devour carrion is a remarkable turn of events for this group.

In the long run, their status will be greatly enhanced.

Of course, this is all predicated on the absence of those old guys from the ocean floor getting involved.

"What are you looking at?"

As Bai Xizhu looked down at the jellyfish, Zhang Yiming's voice came from beside her. His voice was very calm, as if he were telling Bai Xizhu that the weather was nice today.

A loud crackling sound of electricity rang out, and purple light smeared Bai Xizhu's face.

Leng Yebai had already activated his lightning mode, and as the zombie Kun clumsily turned around, he relentlessly attacked the decaying parts of its body.

Large chunks of rotting flesh easily fell from the white frame and into the swarm of jellyfish in the sea.

There were only two idle people, Bai Xizhu and Zhang Yiming.

"Look at the jellyfish."

Bai Xizhu replied to Zhang Yiming before snapping out of her daze and quickly activated her control to help.

The dagger strapped to its leg flew sharply into the massive body of the zombie kun. The zombie kun's skull was incredibly hard, and even though it was extremely fragile, it couldn't be broken open in a short time.
