Bai Xizhu only survived three years in the apocalypse before she died. Returning to before the apocalypse, she accidentally activated a portable space, which came with ancient mythical beasts from ...
There is plenty of food in the space.
If we continue to cultivate crops such as corn and wheat until next spring, we can achieve this astonishing storage capacity.
But it's especially expensive for grandparents.
The food in the space was mostly grown by the grandparents using machines, while the vegetables and other labor were the work of Bai Anhai and Leng Yebai.
We usually can't finish it all, so the family doesn't have much of an obsessive desire to store it.
But when Captain Zhang casually mentioned hundreds of tons, it really raised my blood pressure.
Bai Xizhu pretended not to understand what Captain Zhang was saying, adjusted her expression, and continued to look at the dark Qinglong Mountain.
When Captain Zhang saw that Bai Xizhu was ignoring him, he touched his chin.
Could it be that after turning into a zombie, I've become even more of a straight man, unable to charm young girls, which has made me less and less attractive?
"The Human Survivors Alliance will spend a lot of money to buy the food you have. You will become the benefactor of all mankind and the richest person. Even Bill will not be richer than you."
Captain Zhang's voice continued to echo in Bai Xizhu's mind, constantly offering her empty promises.
A strange smile appeared on his lips.
Sometimes, he really felt like a genius.
By handing over the burden of the Human Survivors Alliance to Leng Yebai, the famine will be Leng Yebai's problem by next spring.
In the end, wouldn't it just be a free gift?
It sounds perfect!
This was the most perfect move Captain Zhang made.
Regardless of whether it will be for nothing in the future, Captain Zhang has painted this pie as big, round, and steaming hot.
Hearing that she would be richer than Bill, Bai Xizhu was tempted.
It was even more exhilarating than seeing Leng Yebai's eyes.
Or, when you have free time, you could plant more food in your space?
It won't spoil anyway, and there's no waste if you can't finish it all; you can even exchange it for lots of crystal cores.
Crystal cores signify social status and power, and they become even more valuable after humans and zombies are separated.
Thinking of this, Bai Xizhu nodded to herself, "Let's do this job!"
However, she didn't agree so readily; she just gave Captain Zhang a six-pointer.
The sound was transmitted to Captain Zhang's mind via brainwaves.
Seven harvesters.
There's already one harvester in the space, making eight people including the base chief. Adding seven more harvesters would increase the speed sevenfold.
Anyway, there's plenty of unused land in the space, so we can just cultivate it as much as we can.
When Captain Zhang saw that Bai Xizhu agreed, he gave her a smile that he thought was fairly good-looking.
A forced smile hung on her fair and alluring face, her muscles twitching as she struggled to project a truly flattering smile.
Bai Xizhu turned her face away, refusing to look at Captain Zhang.
I was afraid I would laugh out loud at such a serious moment.
"Bang!"
A huge energy fluctuation came from Qinglong Mountain, accompanied by a rumbling sound, and the ground shook violently.
The monkeys behind me made a series of squeaking noises, their voices filled with terror.
Animals are generally more sensitive to disasters than humans.
Energy fluctuations and earthquakes leave them bewildered.
After Zhu Yan shouted something resentful of the world, the monkey troop quieted down, but some monkeys were still somewhat restless.
In the darkness of night, a thick cloud of gray dust rose from the spot where the loud noise had originated from Qinglong Mountain.
Even at night, you can see that the gray dust over there is so thick it blocks out the sun.
Even from a distance, you can smell a long-stale, earthy odor.
A fierce conflict erupted inside the mountain.
Bai Xizhu released her brainwaves, preparing to use the little blue zombie's eyes to see what was happening there.
"They're busy, so it's best not to bother them."
Seeing Bai Xizhu's actions, Zhang Yiming gave her a reminder.
He was never one to worry about the safety of his zombie underlings; in his eyes, their deaths wouldn't cause a ripple.
Ultimately, I didn't want her to see anything too bloody.
Upon hearing Zhang Yiming's words, Bai Xizhu indeed withdrew her brainwaves, but her face still showed a very worried expression.
"Shouldn't we charge in?"
Bai Xizhu was eager to demolish the True God Research Institute, but seeing the base destroyed did not give her any sense of revenge.
Ultimately, you have to do it yourself to truly understand.
"They're here!"
Leng Yebai shook his head, pulling Bai Xizhu's arm, afraid that she would rush in on her own, but his eyes were fixed on a certain spot on Qinglong Mountain.
"What's here?"
Bai Xizhu didn't understand, and looked in that direction just like Leng Yebai.
boom--
The sound of a landslide could be heard.
By the faint moonlight, a large hole could be seen suddenly collapsing from the middle of the dark mountain.
A mournful bird cry rang out, and in the pitch-black night, a golden light suddenly shot out from the collapsed spot on the dark mountainside.
It illuminated much of the entire mountainside at once.
The birdsong seemed like an ancient call, and every now and then, the sounds of other wild beasts could be heard from inside the mountain.
They were all ruthless and manic.
Bang bang bang.
The sounds of flesh colliding with beasts rang out; it was the zombie kings fighting against the experimental subjects in the True God Research Institute.
Zhang Yiming rubbed his fingers together slightly, glanced at Bai Xizhu, and sighed softly, but his brainwaves became increasingly agitated and violent.
