1. After finishing a surgery, Cheng Guo was pulled by her colleague for an emergency. “Quick, quick, the acute appendicitis patient we just admitted is in so much pain he’s about to faint, and ...
Chapter 23 Stir-fried Puppy - I'm Only 21!
As her body bounced slightly and her back fell back onto the mattress, Cheng Guo quickly sat up, her fair feet stepping on the person who was about to climb on top of her.
Chen Zhui knelt on one knee on the edge of the bed, leaning forward. His hair, which hadn't been dried, was dripping with water. His shirt collar was damp, and the fabric at his shoulders was taut from his movements, outlining his smooth body shape.
Her toes were resting on his hard shoulder.
Her skirt slipped down, and she awkwardly pressed it down, barely stopping at her thighs.
A pair of slender, long legs were revealed in front of Shen Zhui.
He withdrew his gaze from her, turned his head, and moved his eyes along her legs to his shoulder. He moved slowly, and Cheng Guo had the illusion that he was kissing her inch by inch, and her body trembled slightly.
She was kissed on the instep, and before she could pull away, he had already wrapped his arms around her ankle, his hot kisses moving upwards.
The shadow in front of her grew larger and larger. Cheng Guo lost her balance on her elbow and fell back onto the bed, her lips and tongue being sealed.
When Chen Zhui kissed her, he was always forceful and brooked no refusal. He pulled her hand to the buttons of his shirt, and then he loosened the thin belt around her waist. Her light, gauze-like outer skirt slid open to the sides like peeling petals, revealing her slender figure.
The intertwined kisses made her dizzy. The white shirt brushed against her thin skin through the sheer nightgown, and Cheng Guo couldn't help but tremble. Chen Zhui's free right hand was placed behind her head, supporting her neck. The ring on his middle finger made her frown slightly.
Cheng Guo was forced to tilt her head back to kiss him. The rough, real touch traveled up her waistline, and her breathing became rapid. Her fingertips trembled, and she finally unbuttoned a few buttons and touched his warm chest.
The sensation on the back of her neck was too clear, and she finally frowned and dodged his kiss, her voice breathless as she made a request, "Take off the ring, it hurts."
Chen Zhui's eyelashes fluttered, his chest heaving as he stared into her eyes without moving, his curled fingertips pressing against the side of her neck. Cheng Guo smiled and asked, "How long are you planning to hide?"
She pulled her hand away from his, pinched the ring between her fingertips, and slowly took it off. Having lived together for so long, she had been paying attention and had guessed what it was, but she was still stunned when she actually saw it.
The small red cherry at the base of her middle finger looks like a hand-drawn pattern, exactly the same as her WeChat profile picture.
Without asking him when he got the tattoo or if it hurt, she smiled faintly, pulled his finger to her lips, looked at him with her watery eyes, opened her lips, and took the cherry on his fingertip into her mouth.
Chen Zhui's Adam's apple bobbed restrainedly as he lowered his head and took her lips into his.
The night began, as hot and chaotic as their breathing.
Unable to tell whose breath was faster, their lips pressed together in an eager exchange of air. His fingertips brushed against her cherry-like nipple, causing her body to tremble uncontrollably. He cupped her soft, nourishing flesh in his hands, his tongue swirling around it, lost in lingering pleasure.
Cheng Guo had never felt this way before. It was as if a floodgate had been opened in her body, desperately needing to be filled with longing and love. She rubbed her legs against his, hooking her arms around his lean waist through his suit pants. He was sweating, his shirt clinging to his back, the inside of his clothes damp and humid. The heat from his body was still baking her through the fabric.
Her skirt bunched up, her damp hair brushed against her inner thighs, and her shoulder occasionally bumped against her raised knee.
No one spoke; the only sounds in the room were the gentle hum of the air conditioner and faint, ambiguous noises.
Red cherries at the base of the finger appear in the garden.
Cheng Guo breathed softly, moved by the boy's cautiousness; the sheets beneath his fingers were wrinkled from being gripped.
Chen Zhui, panting, looked up and impatiently pulled her hand to his belt, looking into her moist and intoxicated eyes, "Untie it."
...
Every bit of gentleness, patience, probing, and rejection at the beginning was overturned by the recklessness after being accepted. Only then did Cheng Guo realize that Shen Zhui's fierceness when kissing was nothing at all.
He was like a young and powerful lion, conquering and possessing her as if he were seizing territory, determined to leave his mark and scent on every inch of her body.
The effects of the alcohol from the night before had long since dissipated. Cheng Guo's eyes were moist, her lower back was sore, and waves of tingling sensations overwhelmed her. Her slightly parted lips were kissed, and their lips and teeth intertwined.
The boy kissed her passionately, hugged her, and held her close, gazing at her with loving eyes. His warm sweat dripped onto her chest and back, brushed against her neck and shoulders, or slid down his well-defined muscles...
The roof lights were scattered in patches. As Cheng Guo was on the verge of drowning, she thought that her 21-year-old brother was meticulous. Although his movements were clumsy, it was clear that he had done a lot of preparation in advance. Her 21-year-old brother had amazing waist strength. However, after experiencing this once, she wanted to take a week to recover.
With little strength left, she took a shower, intending to collapse into bed for a good night's sleep and reward herself with a lazy morning, when Chen Zhui took out her clothes from outside.
He had just changed the sheets, wearing only a simple pair of black sweatpants on his lower body. Sweat still clung to his thin chest and abdominal muscles, and there were several red scratches on his bare back. He was in excellent spirits, humming a cheerful tune.
"what?"
She cleared her slightly hoarse voice and asked weakly.
Shen Zhui lowered his head, his eyes dark and bright, like a well-fed puppy, exuding an indescribable vitality.
Cheng Guo suspected that he had been practicing yin-yang cultivation.
Shen Zhui leaned in and kissed her lips, "Let's go up the mountain to see the stars."
He kissed her once and pulled away, then leaned in again for another kiss, his tongue soft and gentle against hers. He was completely different from when she had grabbed him, hit him, kissed him, and told him to stop. He was exactly the same as when they first started.
Cheng Guo's legs went weak, as did her back. She pushed his face away, glanced at the time, and said, "It'll be 3 o'clock by the time we get to the mountain."
There is only one mountain in the western suburbs of Licheng that is suitable for night climbing. It takes two hours to get there from home, and another half hour to climb the mountain.
climb mountains……
Cheng Guo's legs went weak again.
"Is the cable car open at night?" she asked.
“The cable car closes at eight o’clock in the evening,” Shen Zhui noticed her worry. “If you can’t climb, I’ll carry you.”
Cheng Guo thought about it and realized it would be tiring. She was about to suggest going up the mountain tomorrow night before the cable car closed when she heard Shen Zhui say regretfully, "I originally wanted to save my energy for another trip, but it's more important to watch the stars with you."
"We'll set off in a bit," Cheng Guo quickly decided.
Even as Licheng fell asleep, the city was still brightly lit at night. A black sedan drove along the golden ribbon-like highway, heading west.
The parking lot was halfway up the mountain, with only a few cars scattered around. Cheng Guo had taken a short nap in the car, and after getting out, he stretched and yawned before quickly pulling his coat tighter around himself.
The mountain air is fresh and the mountain breeze is cool, as if autumn has arrived early.
Shen Zhui tossed her the coat he had brought, then looked at the brightly lit dining car and told her to wait there.
Cheng Guo also looked over and saw a middle-aged couple inside the dining car. The man was dozing off with his head down, while the woman stood up when she saw someone approaching.
She wanted to remind Shen Zhui to wear a mask, but after glancing at the kind-looking woman and then at the pitch-black surroundings, she decided against it.
"What would you like to order, young man?" the woman in the dining car asked Shen Zhui.
Shen Zhui ordered a bottle of warm water and some snacks. He then looked at the rotating sweet potato roasting machine next to him and ordered a roasted sweet potato.
As the woman handed him the bagged snacks and water, she glanced at him a few times and couldn't help but ask, "Are you heavy...?"
Shen Zhui nodded with a smile. The woman smiled back, looked at the people waiting not far away, and asked, "Are you here with your girlfriend to watch the sunrise?"
Shen Zhui turned around and saw Cheng Guo wearing a large men's coat, leaning against the station with his back to them, looking down and up at the stars.
He turned around and smiled, putting his index finger to his lips in a "shh" gesture. The woman immediately understood and smiled knowingly.
The night sky in the suburbs was much clearer than in the city, and it was full of stars. Cheng Guo compared the constellations on her phone with the actual stars. When the aroma of roasted sweet potatoes wafted over, she sniffed and turned around.
Shen Zhui approached, carrying a bag of snacks, his arms bulging. He proudly showed off the snacks as if they were treasures, asking, "Want some?"
Cheng Guo chuckled and took it, asking, "Is it hot?"
She should have kept quiet, because as soon as she did, Shen Zhui immediately put on an act, trying to get her to touch his chest. The two of them playfully walked a few steps, and then Shen Zhui squatted down in front of her, gesturing for her to come up.
Cheng Guo was in good physical condition, but she was really hungry. She ate a sweet potato as she slowly walked along the mountain path. "Did I not get recognized?"
"……No."
"That's good." Cheng Guo nodded and chatted with him about the celestial forecast she had just found.
"The Perseid meteor shower will occur on the 12th and 13th."
Shen Zhui was just about to make arrangements when he suddenly remembered that he would be joining the crew in those few days, and his face immediately fell. Cheng Guo comforted him, "It's okay, seeing each other from afar is still seeing each other."
“I won’t be joining any more film crews after the reshoots for this movie,” Shen Zhui said, looking at her. “I don’t have many classes in my senior year, only two a week.”
"So?" Cheng Guo tilted her head and smiled.
The roasted sweet potato was too big; she was full after eating half of it. Shen Zhui took the remaining half, took out a wet wipe and handed it to her. While Cheng Guo was wiping her hands, he had already quickly swallowed the half sweet potato, wiped his hands with the wet wipe, and then threw it into the trash can.
He took her hand, his fingers weaving between hers, and held it firmly as they walked upwards. "So, how about I stay here with you some more?"
Although she also wanted to see him after get off work, seeing his eagerness tonight, his intentions were practically written all over his face, and Cheng Guo's legs went weak again.
She hesitated and said, "Wait until I take the exam—"
Before she could utter the word "consider," he silenced her with a smother.
With both of Shen Zhui's hands occupied, he lowered his head and gently kissed her, nose to nose.
The moonlight was cool, and the stars moved slowly. Cheng Guo closed her eyes, put one arm around his waist, and responded softly.
But an untimely male voice drifted over from afar, "Damn it, those two are kissing right there and they're not leaving. I don't care anymore."
Cheng Guo suddenly opened his eyes, released Chen Zhui and took a step back. Looking in the direction of the sound, he saw a dark tent flickering in the woods not far away...
Her face turned completely red. She immediately turned around, grabbed Chen Zhui, and walked quickly. Chen Zhui took a few steps forward, then stopped, picked up a stone by the roadside, weighed it in his hand, threw it into the woods, and pulled her along as they ran.
A few seconds later, a man's curses came from behind. The two, who had been playing around, ran and laughed. When Cheng Guo had used up most of her strength, Chen Zhui squatted down in front of her, and she unceremoniously climbed on top of him.
Shen Zhui's back stiffened, he exhaled twice, and carried Cheng Guo up the mountain.
"Then it's settled, I won't move out."
"Why are you so mean?"
Their voices collided.
Shen Zhui immediately felt wronged, "He ruined things first! We were kissing so sweetly, if it weren't for him—"
"Alright, alright," Cheng Guo interrupted him, afraid that he would keep complaining until he reached the top of the mountain. "It's his fault, it's his fault."
"That's just a perfunctory response."
"..."
You have to coax me.
"..."
Cheng Guo remained silent, leaning on his shoulder and trying to act spoiled like him.
A moment later, Chen Zhui suddenly stopped. "You can leave after you've finished coaxing her."
The person who couldn't refuse thought for a moment, looked at his warm neck, and lowered his head to kiss him.
This tactic worked very well; Chen Zhui froze for only a second before turning around and heading down the mountain.
"Where are you going?"
"I want to go home now."
Cheng Guo couldn't stop laughing. She looked down at his bright red ears, rubbed them, and tugged at them. "Let's go see the stars!"
They made their way to the mountaintop just after 3 a.m., where a few tents were scattered about. Cheng Guo got off Chen Zhui's back, looked up at the stars for a while, and saw that apart from a wider view, there seemed to be no other difference. She turned to Chen Zhui and asked him in a low voice, "Don't you think we can see the stars just as well in the parking lot?"
That area also has a fairly open view.
No need to climb mountains, and no need to go down mountains.
I can go home and sleep earlier.
She yawned.
Chen Zhui stopped at the cleanest spot furthest from the tents and beckoned her over, "Let's watch the sunrise together."
The two didn't have a tent or even a picnic mat. Shen Zhui simply sat cross-legged on the ground, pulled her into his lap, and her back pressed against his chest. In such an intimate position, it was as if they could hear each other's heartbeats.
It took Cheng Guo a while to relax. The wind was strong on the mountaintop, so Chen Zhui opened his coat and wrapped her in it. He also put the bottle of warm water in her arms. Sometimes he rubbed his chin against her head, sometimes against her ear, sometimes he kissed her cheek, and sometimes he sniffed her neck with his nose. Like a hyperactive puppy, he didn't know where to use all his energy. Finally, after she said something to him, he nestled on her shoulder in grievance, humming once and then again. She turned her head and kissed him before he stopped fussing. He then took out his phone and entered the password to unlock it without any hesitation.
The password is her birthday.
It turns out I typed it in for her to see.
Then he opened the camera. The lights on the mountaintop were dim, but he didn't care. He turned the camera around and snapped a picture. Although Cheng Guo didn't like taking pictures, she didn't want to be photographed badly, so she immediately went into his album to look at it.
It's alright, it has a kind of dark and gloomy atmosphere.
Just as she was about to pull her hand back, Chen Zhui grabbed her hand and slid it forward, forward, and forward again.
One by one, photos of himself were displayed before his eyes: sitting, standing, or sitting at his desk with his back to him.
Cheng Guo couldn't stop laughing, scrolling through his phone screen as she asked, "Is there anything else you want to show me specifically?"
A laugh rang in her ear. Shen Zhui didn't speak, but he had an air of "you asked this yourself." He opened WeChat, and next to the hand-drawn cherry avatar pinned to the top was his nickname for her—Dr. Cheng, the Little Dog.
“Hmm,” Cheng Guo suppressed a laugh and commented seriously, “Your self-assessment is quite accurate.”
As soon as she finished speaking, she was kissed on the cheek.
Shen Zhui spread his hand in front of her, his slender fingers moving nimbly, indicating that she should hand over her phone.
Cheng Guo took out her phone and, smiling, instructed him, "Close your eyes."
“…Fine then.” Shen Zhui replied reluctantly.
Cheng Guo turned on the screen and unlocked it with facial recognition. The person who had promised to close their eyes immediately looked like they had caught her red-handed, saying, "I knew you wouldn't know how to enter the password."
"I knew you wouldn't close your eyes," Cheng Guo replied, then held the phone in his palm to calm his resentment.
Just a few seconds later, the person holding her muttered again, "You actually saved my contact as 'Yay'? What's 'Yay' about me?"
After complaining, he didn't need her to comfort him; he just started changing his contact name on his own.
From Dr. Cheng's little dog, to Dr. Cheng's favorite little dog, and finally to Dr. Cheng's only little dog, he finally returned the phone to her with satisfaction.
The two chatted and joked around, and halfway through, they had Shen Zhui get up and walk around to recover his energy. Around 5 o'clock, there was movement in the tent on the mountaintop. Cheng Guo was worried that Shen Zhui would be recognized, so he made him put his hat on.
The two sat there, looking like an intimate young couple from afar, and no one seemed to bother them.
As the sun burst forth from the east, Cheng Guo squinted, a feeling of overflowing happiness filling his chest.
It was almost eight o'clock when Cheng Guo got home. She washed her face, yawned, and climbed into bed. Shen Zhui followed her in, carrying a pillow. The pillow was placed next to her, and a small, square bag was in his palm.
Cheng Guo instantly snapped out of her daze, forcefully suppressing a half-finished yawn. Her eyes welled up with tears. She glanced at the doorway, then looked at Chen Zhui, and hesitantly asked him, "Do you still have energy?"
Shen Zhui turned his head, looking somewhat aggrieved.
"I'm only 21 years old."
