The assassins sent by the Xue family would not allow them to chase them forward. Two of them immediately jumped off their horses and set several trip ropes on the trees on both sides, one on the left and one on the right.

Pei Zhiyuan lifted the reins and let the horse under his crotch fly up, jumping over the trip ropes. He swung his knife and cleanly chopped down two assassins who blocked his way. Without hesitation, he chased in the direction of Ah Hu without looking back and disappeared in a cloud of dust.

Xie Jun grabbed a horse and hurriedly chased in the direction of Mingdi.
