Due to the tight schedule in the morning and some traffic jams on the road, Lu Zixiao had to turn left and right and took two small roads before he could barely arrive at Wanyi Group before eight o'clock.

"Fortunately, we're still in time." Lu Zixiao parked the car in the parking lot. "Employees usually go to work at 8:30. Let's go to the office to find Chu Wanyi first."

"Where's Lin Ze?" Lu Ziyi asked, "Is he coming too?"

The two hurried into the company building. When they reached the elevator door, Lu Ziyi asked softly, "Have you and Lin Ze not been to school for several days?"

As the elevator door slowly opened, the two strode in and headed straight to the top floor.

After getting out of the elevator, they heard a quarrel coming from the office from afar, and it was getting more and more intense.

Lu Zixiao and Lu Ziyi looked at each other, then quickened their pace and hurried into the office.

"If he decides that this environment is a mess and that Wanyi is not fit to be the company's CEO, and orders the acquisition of Wanyi Group, then all our previous efforts will be in vain."

Lu Zixiao frowned, but after listening quietly, he didn't immediately change his mind. Instead, he looked at Chu Wanyi and asked, "Haven't we considered what Lin Ze said before? Why did you change it at the last minute?"

"He came back to see me unexpectedly this time. I think that in addition to wanting to observe the company's operations, he also wanted to see what kind of CEO I would become. After all, in his impression, I must still be that useless little loser who only cries when encountering difficulties."

"If that's the case, then you should establish a good image in front of him," Lin Ze said anxiously, "Why change it? If not, just stick to the original plan!"

"Okay, Lin Ze, don't get excited." Lu Zixiao sat down beside him and said soothingly, "Listen to Wan Yi's words."

Lin Ze curled his lips, moved his butt, leaned on his shoulder with a frown, and said nothing.

Chu Wanyi touched his nose, then stood up and said seriously, "Lin Ze, Zi Xiao, I still have to apologize to you first. I suddenly canceled the plan that we had arranged for two or three days. You must be very angry. I understand, but I really think... we should stop pretending."
