Qin Yunie hurriedly changed her clothes and came to the dining table. As soon as she sat down, she could clearly feel Qu Qingzhu's blazing gaze fixed on her. The gaze seemed to carry warmth, causing her cheeks to flush slightly.

Qin Yunie's eyes seemed to be focused on the movie screen, but his thoughts had already drifted away.

The thought of meeting the parents quietly weighed on her mind, leaving her feeling restless for a long time. She secretly glanced at Qu Qingzhu beside her and saw that he was staring intently at the movie. Qin Yunie opened her mouth, but swallowed the words back.

Seeing her like this, Qu Qingzhu became even more worried. His eyes softened, and he said gently, "Did something happen? Is it difficult to solve? Tell me, and I'll help you."

Qin Yunie took a deep breath, as if mustering up great courage. She bit her lip and whispered, "You know, I received a call in the car yesterday."

Qu Qingzhu nodded slightly and said, "I know. What's wrong?"

Qin Yunie's hands unconsciously clenched the corners of her clothes. "Just because of this matter, you have been entangled for the whole morning?" Qu Qingzhu said as he stretched out his hand and gently scratched Qin Yunie's small and delicate nose with his slender fingers. His action was full of pampering and tenderness.
