"I miss you too, Qingqing."

Gu Mu held her tightly. Through this experience of her being in danger, he had come to understand many things.

"Qingqing, you've lost weight, eat more meat." Gu Mu kept putting meat into her bowl.

Gu Mu was busy serving her food and didn't notice her winking at Fu Jue or the little gestures she made.

"I'm full, second brother, I'm really full, feel my tummy." She was afraid when she heard that he was going to cook something delicious for her, because his cooking skills were very average and barely edible.

"Don't try to fool me. You're full after just a few bites? Eat up, you're not leaving until you finish this bowl." Gu Mu didn't understand why girls had such small appetites. He could eat two or three bowls of rice, while most girls were full after just one small bowl. If he could only eat one bowl, he'd probably starve to death.

"You heartless bastard, am I wrong for putting meat on your plate?" Gu Mu was furious.

Gu Qingqing nodded vigorously: "It's all your fault! Who can eat a whole bowl of meat? What girl has such a big appetite? She must be a big eater, or a 200-pound fat girl. Humph! Anyway, I can't do it. I'll never be able to eat a whole bowl of meat in my life."

"Cough cough cough..." Fu Jue covered his mouth with his fist and pretended to cough when she mentioned "big eater and fat man".

The person immediately remembered that they had actually eaten a large bowl of meat yesterday, and the slap in the face came too quickly.

Gu Qingqing immediately fell silent, not daring to speak, and lowered her head, wondering if she would become a big fat girl in the future!

She only ate such a big bowl of meat once; she usually prefers vegetarian food because she's a little rabbit.

After she finished eating two pieces of greens, she put a piece of meat from her bowl on his plate. He didn't eat it right away, but first put a piece of greens on her plate.

Gu Mu couldn't help but get angry as he watched them take turns feeding each other.

Are they thinking he's blind? Or stupid?

They dared to exchange food and flirt right under his nose.

That despicable Fu Jue, it must be him who corrupted her.

"Qingqing, I'm full. Are you full? I'll take you for a walk."

"Huh? Second Brother." Before she could react, Gu Mu pulled her away, leaving her completely unable to resist.

She blinked her big, bright eyes, with a piece of green vegetable still dangling from her mouth, looking adorably naive.

Gu Qingqing sent a distress signal to Fu Jue with innocent and pitiful eyes, but he remained unmoved and slowly finished the last bit of rice in his mouth.

Seeing her adorable and clueless expression, Fu Jue couldn't help but laugh out loud. He put down his chopsticks, propped his chin up, and looked at her as she pleaded for help.

He didn't get up until her figure disappeared from the restaurant, and slowly walked out.

"Big brother, you're back."

Not long after they went out, Gu Qingqing, who was taking a walk in the garden with Gu Mu, had eyes as sharp as an eagle's and saw the Fu residence gate open and a black car entering from afar.

She knew that the car was Gu Jin's Maybach.

"He's here?" Gu Mu turned around and looked at the gate not far away. There seemed to be a black sedan, but he couldn't make out the model.

"Yes! Big brother is back! Second brother, let's go meet him!" She hurriedly pulled Gu Mu, and the two ran towards the gate.

"Big brother—"

"Qingqing—"

Gu Jin got out of the car, looked at his younger sister running towards him, opened his arms, and welcomed her hug.

"Big brother, I miss you so much! So much. Hehehe..." She smiled radiantly, facing the gentle breeze, like a little sparrow happily running towards Gu Jin.

In the last meter, she let go of Gu Mu's hand, opened her arms, pushed off with her feet, and jumped up, leaping directly into Gu Jin's arms.

"Qingqing, your brother misses you too." After returning from this business trip, he found that she was even more clingy to him.

However, he liked her this way, just like she was when she was a child.

Gu Mu stood to the side watching them embrace, feeling extremely jealous.

"Qingqing, your second brother wants a hug too." He rushed over and hugged her from behind.

She is also his sister, not just Gu Jin's.

"Second brother, let me go! I'm so heavy, I'm about to be crushed!" That brat of a second brother, he's always bullying her.

Gu Jin stayed in the study and talked with Fu Jue for nearly an hour before coming out to take Gu Qingqing and Gu Mu back with him.

Fu Jue stood at the entrance of the Fu residence, watching their departing figures, a hint of disappointment flashing in his eyes.

Assistant Yin noticed this and offered a comforting remark: "Mr. Fu, perhaps you'll be able to see Miss Gu tomorrow."
