The giant python's body, as if cast from steel, radiated a faint metallic luster. It coiled in the center of the ruins, its massive head scanning back and forth like a radar, its scarlet eyes filled with a chilling killing intent.

Ning Yu and the others scurried around the giant python like trapped beasts, not daring to get too close. Every movement of the python brought up a foul wind, mixed with a nauseating stench.

"Captain, this can't go on. We can't find an opportunity at all!" a team member said in a low voice, his tone tinged with anxiety.

Ning Yu frowned. He knew they couldn't keep going like this. The team members' physical strength and abilities were nearing their limits, and they had to find a breakthrough as soon as possible.

"I'll draw its attention, you guys find an opportunity to attack!" a burly team member said in a low voice, gripping his weapon tightly, his eyes flashing with determination.

"Third brother, you..." Ning Yu was about to stop him when he saw that the team member had already rushed out.

The team member roared, his weapon whistling through the air as he slashed fiercely at the giant python's head. The python seemed to have anticipated the attack, its massive head tilting slightly to easily dodge it.

The team member missed his attack and immediately retreated, but the giant python was faster than him. Its huge tail swept across like a steel whip, accompanied by a whistling sound.

"Third brother!" Ning Yu's eyes were bloodshot with rage, but at this moment the giant python had already locked onto the injured team member, opened its blood-red maw, and pounced on him.

"You beast, get out of here!"

At this critical moment, a figure suddenly rushed out and stood in front of the injured team member... "Xue'er, no!" Ning Yu's heart felt as if it were being tightly gripped by an invisible hand. He watched with bloodshot eyes as Mu Xue rushed towards the giant python.

Mu Xue moved with lightning speed. Before the giant python could react, she had already flashed to the injured team member's side and pulled him away. "Ning Yu, I'm fine, be careful!" Mu Xue shouted anxiously, enduring the excruciating pain.

Ning Yu ignored him, focusing intently on controlling his supernatural power, large beads of sweat rolling down his forehead. Finally, the sticky substance on Mu Xue's body was cleaned away, but her clothes were corroded and torn, revealing large areas of her snow-white skin.

Enraged by Ning Yu and Mu Xue's actions, the giant python roared deafeningly and charged toward them like a bulldozer.

"Get out of the way!" Ning Yu grabbed Mu Xue and narrowly avoided the giant python's attack.

However, the giant python's attacks were like a storm, wave after wave, giving Ning Yu and Mu Xue no chance to catch their breath. Ning Yu could only protect Mu Xue while dodging the python's attacks, looking quite disheveled.

"Boom!" The giant python's tail slammed into a boulder, sending debris flying and dust billowing everywhere.

Ning Yu and Mu Xue were so shocked that their blood and qi surged, and their faces turned pale.

"This can't go on, we'll be worn down by it!" Mu Xue bit her lip, a resolute glint in her eyes.

"No, it's too dangerous!" Ning Yu refused without hesitation; he absolutely could not let Mu Xue take the risk.

"Trust me!" Mu Xue gripped Ning Yu's hand tightly, her eyes resolute. "I have a plan!"

The team members were extremely anxious when they saw Ning Yu and Mu Xue in danger. They understood that their leader and Mu Xue were the core of the team; if they fell, the entire team would be finished.

"Cover the leader!" a team member shouted, launching the first attack.

In an instant, various supernatural lights flashed, and fireballs, ice arrows, and vines rained down on the giant python like a storm. The python's massive body roared, scales flew, and blood splattered. However, these attacks only forced the python to retreat slightly, without causing any real damage. The python's defensive capabilities far exceeded their expectations.

The giant python seemed to be completely enraged. It let out a deafening roar, its massive body thrashing violently, and its thick tail swept out like a giant steel whip. Caught off guard, everyone was struck by the python's tail and sent flying like kites with broken strings, crashing heavily to the ground, spitting blood.

The team's formation was thrown into chaos as the giant python's attacks separated them, making it difficult for them to support each other. Ning Yu and Mu Xue were trapped within the python's attack range, their situation extremely precarious.

The giant python stared intently at Ning Yu and Mu Xue with bloodthirsty glints in its crimson eyes. It opened its gaping maw, and foul-smelling slime cascaded down like a waterfall, attempting to devour them.

"Watch out!" Ning Yu shoved Mu Xue aside, but he himself was drenched in the giant python's slime. The slime corroded Ning Yu's protective suit, and the intense pain made him groan involuntarily.

"Ning Yu!" Mu Xue exclaimed, trying to rush over, but was forced back by the giant python's tail.

Ning Yu gritted his teeth, staring at the giant python with a fierce glint in his eyes. He couldn't just sit and wait to die; he had to find a way to break through!
