The python's gaping maw emitted a nauseating stench. Ning Yu, inside its mouth, felt like a small boat in a raging storm, about to be swallowed whole. He tried his best to mobilize the unfamiliar power within him, only to find that this power was like a newborn beast—violent, restless, and completely uncontrollable.

The giant python seemed to sense the shield's power weakening, and it bit down even harder, the immense force almost crushing Ning Yu. With a "crack," the shield finally gave way, shattering into starlight that dissipated into the air.

"Ning Yu!" Mu Xue, who was watching the battle from a distance, couldn't help but exclaim in surprise, her heart feeling as if it were being tightly gripped by an invisible hand.

"Ning Yu, how are you?" Mu Xue rushed to Ning Yu's side and asked anxiously.

"I'm fine..." Ning Yu forced a smile that looked more like a grimace, despite the excruciating pain in his body. "I think... I've awakened a new superpower..."

Before he could finish speaking, an even more powerful energy surge erupted from his body. This time, even Mu Xue, who was some distance away, was forced back several steps by this force.

The giant python seemed to sense the threat as well. It let out a deafening roar, opened its blood-red maw, and pounced on Ning Yu again.

"Ning Yu, be careful!" Mu Xue cried out in alarm. She rushed towards the giant python without hesitation, wanting to protect Ning Yu with her own body.

This force was domineering and violent, as if it wanted to tear everything apart. Before he could even react, he was carried backward several meters by this force.

"Roar!" The giant python roared in pain, its massive body rolling several times on the ground before coming to a stop. It shook its head, seemingly stunned by the sudden turn of events. A flicker of fear flashed in its crimson eyes, but it was quickly replaced by ferocity and bloodlust.

Ning Yu was somewhat dazed by the force, as he hadn't fully mastered this newly awakened ability. The giant python was also a little dizzy from the shock, but quickly recovered and pounced on Ning Yu again.

"Ning Yu, be careful!" Mu Xue's voice came from afar, trembling with worry.

Ning Yu's vision gradually cleared. He looked at the giant python that was lunging at him with its gaping maw, and a cold smile suddenly appeared on his lips.

"You beast, do you really think I'm afraid of you?" Ning Yu slowly stood up, clenched his fists, and a powerful force surged within him. This time, he was going to completely control it!

The giant python swept in, bringing with it a foul stench, but Ning Yu's gaze remained unusually resolute. "Come on!" Ning Yu roared, advancing instead of retreating, charging towards the giant python.

He channeled the violent power within him and unleashed a punch. An invisible wave seemed to appear in the air as it slammed into the giant python's chin.

"Bang!"

The python's massive body was flipped over again, and this time, it even let out a painful hiss.

"It's a success?" Upon seeing this, Mu Xue felt a glimmer of hope, but soon her heart jumped into her throat again.

Because the moment Ning Yu repelled the giant python, he collapsed to his knees, clutching his head and groaning in pain.

He felt as if countless needles were piercing his veins, his muscles were being torn apart, and his bones were being crushed, as if they were going to rip him apart completely.

"Ugh..." Ning Yu gritted his teeth to stop himself from screaming, but the bulging veins on his forehead and his pale face showed that he was enduring great pain.

"Ning Yu, what's wrong?" Mu Xue anxiously tried to step forward, but Ning Yu stopped her.

"Don't come any closer!" Ning Yu gasped for breath, his words broken. "I'm fine... it's just this power..."

Before he could finish speaking, the giant python attacked him again.
