Ning Yu's kick was so powerful that it actually sent the enormous creature veering off course. The python roared in pain, spewing out a foul-smelling liquid that corroded the ground and emitted plumes of white smoke.

Before Mu Xue could react, she was pulled aside by a tremendous force. Still shaken, she looked up and saw Ning Yu standing in front of her, golden light swirling around him, like a god of war.

"Are you alright?" Ning Yu looked down at her, his voice tinged with worry.

Mu Xue shook her head. She knew this was not the time to speak. The scene before her filled her with immense shock and fear.

The giant python was utterly enraged. Its massive body writhed wildly on the ground, smashing and shattering the surrounding buildings. After a moment, it stopped moving, slowly straightening itself up, reaching a height of nearly ten meters, like a colossal pillar supporting the sky, casting a huge shadow.

It looked down at Ning Yu and Mu Xue, its cold vertical pupils filled with anger and killing intent, its crimson forked tongue flickering as if searching for the best opportunity to attack.

Ning Yu dared not relax for a moment. While keeping an eye on the giant python's movements, he whispered to Mu Xue, "Find a safe place to hide first. It's too dangerous here."

Mu Xue bit her lip. Although she was unwilling to hide like this, she knew that staying here would only be a burden to Ning Yu. She glanced at Ning Yu's resolute back, finally nodded, and ran towards a crevice in the rocks not far away.

"Trying to leave?!" The giant python realized Mu Xue's intention, and its huge head suddenly swooped down towards her, opening its blood-red maw, trying to swallow her whole.

"Your opponent is me!" Ning Yu roared, his figure flashed, and he stood in front of Mu Xue. Golden light gathered in his hand, forming a huge light blade, which he fiercely slashed at the giant python's head.

"boom!"

After the loud explosion, dust billowed up, obscuring everyone's view...

As the dust settled, a deep wound appeared on the giant python's head, from which golden blood flowed, sizzling and corroding. Ning Yu dared not relax for a moment. While keeping an eye on the python's movements, he whispered to Mu Xue, "Find a safe place to hide first. It's too dangerous here."

Mu Xue bit her lip. Although she was reluctant to hide like this, she knew that staying here would only be a burden to Ning Yu. She glanced at Ning Yu's resolute back, finally nodded, and ran towards a crevice in the rocks not far away.

"Hiss—" The giant python hissed angrily, its scarlet tongue flicking in and out as it saw Mu Xue leave. Suddenly, it turned around, its massive body swooping down on Ning Yu like an arrow released from a bow.

Ning Yu's gaze sharpened; he dared not take the powerful attack head-on. He lightly touched the ground with his toes, his figure flashing to the side like a ghost, barely dodging the giant python's gaping maw.

The giant python missed its attack, but it was not discouraged. Its huge tail swept across, bringing with it a gust of wind that swept up all the surrounding rocks and trees, forming a black tornado that swept towards Ning Yu.

Ning Yu dared not be careless. He quickly formed hand seals, and a huge golden shield of light formed in front of him. The shield of light collided with the tornado, producing a deafening roar. The violent energy waves spread outwards, cracking the ground.

"You beast, your opponent is me!" Ning Yu roared, concentrating all his strength on his right fist. Golden light condensed on his fist, forming a dazzling star.

The giant python seemed to sense the threat; it stopped attacking, its cold, vertical pupils fixed on Ning Yu's fist.

"Break!" Ning Yu roared, his body shooting out like a cannonball, delivering a powerful punch to the giant python's head. This punch contained immense power, directly knocking the python's head to one side.

However, after being struck, the giant python did not retreat. Instead, it let out a deafening roar, and its massive body coiled around Ning Yu's body like lightning. Its cold scales rubbed against his skin, as if trying to strangle him...

"Ning Yu!" Mu Xue, who was watching the battle from a distance, exclaimed in surprise when she saw this scene, her heart instantly leaping into her throat.

After being struck, the giant python did not retreat. Instead, it tightly coiled its massive, cold body around Ning Yu. Scales rubbed against Ning Yu's combat suit, producing a teeth-grinding sound, like steel crushing against steel. Ning Yu felt his body being bound tighter and tighter, his ribs groaning under the strain, his breathing becoming difficult, and specks of black light beginning to appear before his eyes.

"Damn it!" Ning Yu gritted his teeth, cursing inwardly. He knew he couldn't just sit and wait to die, or he'd be strangled to death. He frantically activated his supernatural power, golden light bursting from his body, attempting to pry open the giant python's steel-like body. The giant python roared in pain, releasing a deafening roar, and a stench assaulted its nostrils, making one want to vomit.

But the giant python didn't loosen its grip; instead, it increased the force of its coils, as if trying to crush Ning Yu completely. Hard scales dug deep into Ning Yu's skin, and blood instantly stained his black combat suit. The intense pain nearly made Ning Yu faint, but he endured it, his mind focused on only one thought: to survive!

"Ning Yu!" Mu Xue, who was watching from a distance, was frantic with worry when she saw this. She wanted to rush over to help, but she knew that rushing over now would only be suicide. She clenched her fists so tightly that her nails dug deep into her flesh, and blood dripped from between her fingers, but she was completely unaware of it.
