Guan Jiancheng stared at the Bull Skeleton King, extremely angry yet utterly bewildered. He rubbed his eyes hard, pointed at the Bull Skeleton King in disbelief, and stammered,

"You, you, when did you get here? Who are you?"

Ming Jiayi quickly walked up to Guan Jiancheng, then turned the Bull Skeleton King back into a box and placed it on the table.

She tilted her head, looked at Guan Jiancheng lying on the ground, and laughed sarcastically.

"What? Mr. Guan, have you lost your mind? Haven't I been here the whole time?"

Guan Jiancheng rubbed his eyes hard again, as if he wouldn't believe what he was seeing even if he rubbed his eyeballs out.

"No, it wasn't you..."

Ming Jiayi's eyes darted around, and suddenly an idea came to her.

She made the Bull Skeleton King transform back into the same manly form it had been before, and then it stood before Guan Jiancheng.

Ming Jiayi stood behind the Bull Skeleton King and said in a low voice, "President Guan~ Was that me you just saw~"

Guan Jiancheng stared dumbfounded at the Bull Skeleton King, about to say something, when the man in front of him disappeared again.

Now all that remained before him was a slender, long-haired woman standing beautifully in front of him.

The long-haired woman was dressed in white, and her hair was scattered in front of her face, messy and utterly unattractive.

She is different from ordinary people.

She had no legs beneath her white dress.

There was only a wisp of air floating in the air.

Guan Jiancheng stood up, clutching his chest, and began to run around, wailing as he opened the door and ran out of the office.

Ming Jiayi quickly turned the Bull Skull King back into a box, then grabbed her bag and the box and chased after it.

Oh my god...

I'm terrified...

The office staff were all completely bewildered when they saw Guan Jiancheng rushing out in a panic.

Ming Jiayi rushed out and shouted, "Quickly, grab President Guan! He's gone mad!"

Everyone looked at each other, but remained standing still.

He's gone mad!

Who would dare go up there?

Ming Jiayi took off running after him, but she had only caught up halfway.

Then they saw Guan Jiancheng convulsing and collapsing to the ground.

She quickly ran over and gave Guan Jiancheng a thorough examination.

The staff nearby immediately gathered around, and as they looked at Guan Jiancheng lying on the ground, a murmur of discussion arose.

Ming Jiayi breathed a sigh of relief.

A brief convulsion caused by excessive fright.

Thank goodness.

How can someone be so bold yet so timid?

Weren't you pretty good at hitting her?

"Could you call 120?" Ming Jiayi said calmly. "I misunderstood. He's not having a mental breakdown; it's just a temporary seizure caused by excessive fright. We need to get him to the hospital quickly."

“I hit him, I hit him,” a female employee said, raising her hand in the crowd.

"Sister Jiayi, why did the boss suddenly get so frightened?"

Ming Jiayi glanced at the person who asked the question, then calmly replied without blushing or skipping a beat.

"You guys remember the time he threw documents at me, right? I just locked the door and got my revenge, throwing them at his face twice too. And then this happened."

Although I know it's wrong to do this, I don't want to swallow this insult. My parents didn't raise me to be beaten without fighting back.

"Ah..." The employees couldn't help but take a deep breath.

But soon, a small voice came from the crowd, "Jiayi did a great job. This scum should have been beaten up a long time ago."

Immediately afterwards, several bolder girls began to chime in, glaring angrily at Guan Jiancheng, who was still convulsing on the ground.

"Yes, he often took advantage of being the boss to grope us female employees and female celebrities. He's a shameless and lewd bastard. He deserves what he got."

"Yes, Sister Xiaorou is really blinded by greed; she's still protecting this kind of person."

"Well done, Sister Jiayi."

Ming Jiayi scratched her head guiltily.

"Don't worry, Jiayi. We don't know anything. He just suddenly went crazy and ran out. It must be his own problem."

Ming Jiayi stared at them blankly, her face full of question marks.

So are they trying to exonerate her now?

The ambulance arrived at the company quickly. One of the doctors glanced at Ming Jiayi and then blurted out,

"It's you again. It hasn't even been a few months, and I've already seen you three times."

Ming Jiayi chuckled and scratched her head. "This isn't a good thing, is it? His symptoms are convulsions; he was just scared like that. It should be nothing serious. Thank you for your help."

"Okay. I must say, you're really kind-hearted."

As the doctor spoke, he carried Guan Jiancheng away, his expression all smiles, his eyes filled with loving kindness as he looked at Ming Jiayi.

Ming Jiayi smiled politely, yet with a hint of embarrassment, at the doctor. Then she immediately turned to the staff and asked,

"Does Guan Jiancheng frequently harass you?"

One of the female employees bravely stood up and spoke up.

"Yes, Jiayi, I know this isn't something to be proud of, and I've been keeping it a secret for a long time. But what you just said has made me realize something."

I shouldn't have silently endured this harassment. I should have bravely stood up and said no. My parents raised me not so that I would be bullied and harassed at work!
