Chapter 3
Qi Han did not know the characters of his dynasty and could not hold a pen.
The teacher asked her to hand in her homework once a month. As the deadline was approaching, Qi Han lamented day and night, causing Zhishu to visit her frequently.
Although Qi Han is domineering, she dares not disobey her mother and her teacher, so she cannot skip this homework.
"I am willing to eat vegetarian food for one day in exchange for completing this task." Qi Han knelt on the small couch, clasped his hands together in front of an incense burner, with a pious expression.
Zhishu watched coldly.
Sure enough, within half an incense stick of time, the "believer" was already fast asleep with her arms folded.
Zhishu found a blanket for Qi Han and went forward to pick up her homework. When he saw the illegible handwriting, his eyebrows jumped, his eyes filled with disgust, and he shook his head repeatedly.
He rolled up his sleeves, changed the font, and wrote freely.
When Qi Han woke up, he looked at the paper in front of him - wow!
She bit her sleeve to stifle her laughter and happily turned the papers over and over again.
Immediately, she pulled Zhishu and said mysteriously: "I am the one blessed by God!"
Zhishu ignored her.
The summer heat was becoming increasingly unbearable, so Qi Han followed her mother to another village to take shelter.
"Zhishu, why don't you come with me?" Qi Han pouted.
Zhishu's face turned pale: "I'm not feeling well, I'm afraid I can't stand the travel."
She needs to stay here to run her big business. The journey to the other village is too far and she is afraid that it may cause trouble.
Qi Han put his forehead against hers and said, "You do have a fever. Should I ask the doctor to prescribe two doses of medicine for you?"
Zhishu has completely believed that Qi Han is now just a lazy and spoiled young lady. Although her past bad behavior does not seem to be fake, the clues still need further verification.
However, the Seventh Prince placed her in Qi Han's courtyard on purpose because of Qi Han's cruelty and ruthlessness, and wanted her to suffer a miserable death.
Now that this young lady treats her innocently and kindly, she might get into trouble.
"No need," Zhishu said, "Thank you for taking the trouble, Miss."
Qi Han frowned and looked at her for a while. Seeing that she was not listening, Wuming felt a little angry. But thinking that she was in good health and should be fine, he stopped caring about it.
Zhishu watched Qi Han's carriage leave and stood there for a long time.
"Now that Eighth Miss is gone, you can finally relax and unwind." A servant sighed, "Look at the injuries on your body. You're lucky to be alive."
Zhishu had new wounds on his back, arms, and chest, piling up old ones, with new ones appearing every day.
The servants in the courtyard saw it with their own eyes.
They thought Qi Han had calmed down because he no longer made people crawl like dogs and beat people in broad daylight, but they didn't expect it was just an act and he was still cruel in private.
I don’t know how long this ugly slave can hold on.
Zhishu did not respond and left in silence.
The servant did not blame him. After all, there was no need to be angry with a dying person.
When Qi Han arrived at the villa and got off the carriage, her mother patted her shoulder and said, "My son, you did a good job."
Then he was surrounded by seven other female geese and taken to the farm.
Qi Han ate the smoothie and tasted the bayberry in a daze. Finally, when she was taking a hot spring bath, she heard people talking.
"The Ninth Prince died in the Qi Mansion during his tour. The Qi Mansion took good care of him. Although they were unable to save him, their loyalty was commendable."
Qi Han immediately spit out the sweet-scented osmanthus wine all over the pool.
What the fuck???
What the fuck???
Why did the plot go back to the beginning?
It took Qi Han two whole days to sort out his thoughts. While chewing lychees resentfully, he wondered in which corner of the Qi Mansion the Ninth Prince would be hidden and suffering if the novel was true.
Do a process of elimination.
First of all, it's not my yard.
Qi Han was determined.
I was walking around the hut with my hands behind my back when a flash of inspiration came to my mind.
“Zhishu…” She swallowed.
With a birthmark on her face, how could the housekeeper allow such a person to serve her so closely? After all, she is the precious young lady of the Qi family.
unless……
Qi Han's face turned pale.
Unless Zhishu has an extraordinary status.
