The banquet of the Huating Chamber of Commerce was held on the 30th floor of the Huating International Finance Center. Qin Suisui left the law firm early and asked her driver, Xiao Xu, to drive her to the vicinity of the International Finance Center.

Because of the tight schedule, she didn't have time to customize a dress for the evening banquet. Instead, she went to the shopping district near the IFC Mall, where there were several high-end brand stores. She asked Yue Hongxin to call and make an appointment with them in advance.

"Lawyer Qin, my car is nearby. Call me after you've finished your business, and I'll be waiting for you right here."

Xiao Xu parked the car on the side of the road and saw Qin Lu preparing to get out, so he quickly reminded him.

Qin Suisui paused, glancing down at the time on her phone.

“It may take me about an hour. You can go back to the law firm first to pick up Attorney Wen and Attorney Chang and take them to the IFC Tower. You can come back to pick me up in an hour.”

There are several independent private clubs along the roadside. This is a well-known private customization center in Huating, and most of the brands are international big names.

However, Qin Suisui did not go to those well-known international brands, but instead went to a relatively niche domestic private customization shop.

As soon as she stepped inside, the store's customer service representative greeted her with a smile, a sweet and radiant smile that was not obsequious.

"Hello, do you have an appointment?"

“I am Sheffield, and I have an appointment with Lily.”

"Oh, you must be Sheffield!"

The pretty customer service representative looked pleasantly surprised.

"Lily is upstairs altering your dress."

Qin Suisui nodded with a smile. She looked around but didn't see Lily downstairs.

Lily was a friend she met in Manston, whom she met by chance at an international fashion awards ceremony.

Qin Suisui liked the Z-country elements in the other party's design inspiration. During her years in Manston, the dresses she wore to banquets were basically all designed by Lily.

"Hi, Sheffield!"

As soon as Lily came downstairs, she saw Xie Fei standing downstairs. She exclaimed in surprise and quickly came downstairs with joy on her face.

"Sheffield, I was so happy to hear you're back in China!"

Lily gave her a hug, then stepped back to look at her.

"You're still so beautiful after two years!"

Qin Suisui reached out and hugged him.

"You too, Lily."

"Come on, let's go upstairs and take a look at your dress. I was upstairs altering your dress after your assistant called, and it's just been finished."

Lily glanced down at Sheffield's measurements.

"It seems my memory is correct, 90, 60, 90!"

She smiled and hugged Qin Suisui as they went upstairs.

Lily prepared a light purple dress for Qin Suisui. The focus of the design was on the back, which was decorated with silver threads to create a hollow design that revealed her fair and delicate skin. The skirt was irregularly designed, with the shortest part reaching mid-thigh and the longest part reaching above the calf, making her legs appear fair and long as it swayed.

Lily looked on in amazement.

“Sheffield, you are the best model I have ever seen. Every time I see you wearing a dress I designed, my inspiration flows like a spring.”

Qin Suisui was also very satisfied with the effect of the dress, and she nodded.

"Take this one! Send the bill to my assistant and have her transfer the payment to you tomorrow."

The partnership mechanism at Lawrence Law Firm, led by Ralph Dunn, has always been generous with clothing allowances. When she was at Manston, her annual clothing allowance was around $500,000. After joining Huating, her clothing allowance increased by a factor of ten.

"Sheffield, then I won't be polite!"

Lily blinked, a smile blooming on her face, her expression relaxed and joyful.

Sheffield is her VIP client, and the discounts she receives are the highest among all her clients.

She owes a great deal to Sheffield's support during her years in Manston, who promoted her at many banquets for free, which helped her gain some fame in Manston and allowed her personal studio to continue to develop.

Two years ago, she won the gold medal in the FF Designer Competition. Looking back on the hardships of those years, she is most grateful to Sheffield. Without Sheffield's support and encouragement, she would never have won the award and would not have achieved what she has today.

She looked around for a moment, rested her chin on the back of her hand, pondered for a while, and then suddenly realized: "You're missing a pair of earrings."

After speaking, she walked quickly to the display case, opened it, and carefully took out a pair of jade earrings. Under the light, the jade was crystal clear and radiant.

She leaned forward to help Qin Suisui put on the earring, then stepped back a few paces to admire it for a while.

"Perfect!"

Qin Suisui really liked this outfit; it was elegant yet charming, making her look radiant.

She came out of Lily's private customization shop, where Xiao Xu was already waiting by the roadside.

When they arrived at the banquet hall, Wen Zong and Chang Jinhui were waiting at the entrance.

Upon seeing Qin Suisui's arrival, a hint of amazement flashed in their eyes, and they immediately went to greet her.

"Qin Law"

Qin Suisui glanced at their attire with a smile; both were dressed in standard black suits and white shirts, impeccably uniform.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, let's go in now."

Chang Jinhui and Wen Zong followed Qin Lu inside. As soon as they entered the banquet hall, they saw many well-known figures in Huating's business community.

Chang Jinhui whispered to Qin Suisui.

"Attorney Qin, the short, stout man standing to your left is Zhang Jiubao, the chairman of Yisheng Hi-Tech. They are planning to change law firms next year, and several law firms have already been in contact with them."

Qin Suisui glanced at the other person; Zhang Jiubao was whispering to a woman in her thirties.
