The document contains two parts: first, the woman's real name and identity, Luo Xinyan, 36 years old, from Taiwan, who served in the military and worked in a department in Taiwan before being transferred to Bureau B, and is now the station chief in the Jianghuai region, codenamed Butterfly; second, the appointment of Qiu Jingwen as deputy station chief of the Jianghuai station, with a monthly salary of $800. In addition to the original 11-person undercover team, other undercover personnel from the Jianghuai region were also brought into the Jianghuai station, totaling more than 50 people. On the last page of the document, there is a table listing the names, ages, and addresses of these 50-plus people.

Looking at the official document and the stamped document, Qiu Jingwen weighed the authenticity of the document in his mind. Judging from the folder and the contents of the document on the paper, it should be genuine.
