Chapter 418 Trapped

Aldenan scoffed at the idea: "Yes, this ship should also have a pair of wings."

Ignoring Aldenan's sarcastic remarks, Carroll used both hands to climb onto the ship's deck.

"This is the ship's side, this is the sail rope, this should be..."

Listening to Carol's rambling, Aldenan looked at the workbenches and equipment rooms carved out of the surrounding mountains and said with some unease, "Hey, I think it's time to leave. It's too quiet here."

Carol ignored him.

Helpless, Aldenan shrugged and climbed onto the deck along the edge of the ship.

Carroll pointed to the black deck beneath her feet and muttered to herself, "No doors, no windows, no sinks, no vents... the whole deck is like a black iron plate, and what exactly is this...?"

Aldnan looked in the direction Carroll was pointing and saw a row of raised bumps that looked like the joints on a human finger.

Suddenly, a deep voice sounded in their ears.

"This ship is the culmination of my hard work. What do you think?"

Upon hearing that familiar voice, Aldenan's eyes widened, and he quickly assumed a defensive stance, looking around.

Carroll, looking surprised and uncertain, exchanged a glance with him, and the two said at the same time, "Wayne Dunlop!"

“I once considered looking for you, but then I realized that your desire to see me must be even stronger than mine. So, I decided to stay here and wait for you to come to me.”

Aldenan and Carroll stood back to back on the deck, nervously observing everything around them.

The former seemed to realize something and said grimly, "That intelligence, you deliberately had someone leak it to me?!"

"That's right."

Carroll raised his fist and roared angrily, "Bastard! Show yourself! I'm going to crush you!"

"As you wish..."

The ship began to rock, the black deck began to twist and bend, and the dense keel parasite limbs, like the tentacles of the Old Ones, instantly covered the entire sky.

Carroll and Aldenan were instantly bound by the parasitic limbs, rendering them unable to move despite their strength and speed.

Struggling incessantly within the "dense forest" of parasitic limbs, Aldenan cried out in horror, "This ship is alive!"

A thin figure slowly rose from inside the ship.

Wayne Dunlop, with parasitic neural hooks inserted into his back, sat on a 'seat' made of dragon bone limbs and rose into the air. He looked at the orcs and werewolves firmly bound by the dragon bones in front of him, his eyes filled with undisguised joy.

Wayne reached out slightly forward, and the dragon bone 'seat' slowly moved forward, coming to the front of Carol and Aldnan.

"What a perfect creature! The Tyrant Virus is practically comparable to an omnipotent God!"

Looking at that face so close to his, contorted with excitement and agitation, Carol roared with a ferocious expression, "Get out of my way!"

Wayne sighed and said, "I don't understand why you're angry. Look at yourself, you've completely shed that frail human body, isn't that something to celebrate?"

Carroll spat at Wayne: "Bastard! Put me down right now!"

Wayne shook his head helplessly: "I'm sorry, I can't do it. You probably don't know how much effort and energy I've put into preparing for our meeting tonight... bribing intelligence brokers, diverting all the guards, synchronizing with the alien warships... at this point, how could I possibly let you leave?"

Aldenan, who had remained silent until now, suddenly spoke up: "What exactly do you want to do?"

Wayne brought his hands together and said with a smile, "You'll find out soon enough."

More and more keel limbs emerged from the deck, trapping Carol and Aldenan, eventually engulfing their bodies and turning them into two giant parasitic 'spheres'.
