A normal girl, Yu Wanwan, one day stepped onto the Beastmen Continent. Powerless, she decided to cling to the coattails of the Great White Tiger.
Don't be afraid, don't be afraid. Far...
The little female's voice was sweet and soft, and when she spoke to him, she looked at him with her bright and pure eyes, which melted his heart.
After she finished speaking, Yu Wanwan asked Fei Han, "Fei Han, is there anything you want to say?"
Fei Han shook her head.
What could he possibly have to say to a tiger?
"That's about it. Our names are Wanwan and Feihan. Thank you, you've worked hard."
"No, no, it's no trouble at all. Don't worry, little female, I'll definitely deliver it to you." The little female's concern made the orc's mind float away, his heart was soaking in sweet water, feeling incredibly comfortable.
Upon seeing the orc's appearance, Fei Han took out a piece of gold the size of a longan from her spatial storage and placed it on the table.
The sound of gold hitting the table brought the orc back to his senses. He swallowed hard, quickly stood still, and cautiously looked at Fei Han.
"I need your fastest flying swift to deliver the message."
"Okay, don't worry, I'll deliver this letter personally and guarantee it will arrive as quickly as possible."
Having settled the matter of delivering the message, the two headed towards the inn outside the city.
After taking only a few steps, Fei Han suddenly picked up Yu Wanwan from the ground and held her tightly in his arms.
Yu Wanwan was taken aback: "Feihan, what's wrong? I can walk by myself."
"I don't want to, I'll carry you."
“But…” Yu Wanwan tugged at the scarf covering her face, “It’s so hot like this.”
She was already dressed in thick clothes, and being hugged by Fei Han, who was as hot as a furnace, made her even hotter.
Fei Han pulled the scarf that Fei Han had pulled down back up, this time covering not only her face but also her head completely.
Seeing that the cover-up was done well, Fei Han was relieved. She said to Yu Wanwan with a mix of anger and grievance in her voice, "Wanwan, you are not allowed to care about other males in the future."
Yu Wanwan hadn't reacted yet: "I didn't care about the other beastmen."
“There’s none,” Fei Han said. “You were just concerned about that orc.”
"Huh?" Yu Wanwan began to recall with difficulty, and after racking her brains, she could barely manage to come up with something that could be considered a sign of concern: "Did you mean that 'you've had a hard time'?"
"And that thank you."
Yu Wanwan was both amused and exasperated: "That's just basic politeness."
Fei Han protested, pinching her cheek through the scarf: "That's not true. Females on the Beastman Continent don't say that. If you say that, the males will think you're interested in him and want to mate."
Females in the beast world are generally quite unruly. They take it for granted that males serve them and never say thank you or thank you for your hard work. If he hadn't been standing by and keeping things in check, that beastman would have definitely rushed up to court her.
Yu Wanwan never expected that her basic politeness would be interpreted as a courtship signal. She waved her hands repeatedly and said, "Then I won't say it again."
"Not only can't you say this, you can't talk to other males either."
"Why?"
"Your voice is so beautiful that when you look at people, even males will think you want to mate with them."
Yu Wanwan scratched her head: "Is it that serious? What should we do about the things I said before?"
She felt that she was not at all so beautiful that people would like her just by saying a few words.
"Forget about those, just try not to talk to males in the future." Fei Han was always worried that Yu Wanwan would be kidnapped. As long as she interacted less with males, there would be one less person competing with him for Yu Wanwan.
Yu Wanwan laughed, seeing through Fei Han's little scheme, and patted his head: "Okay, okay, I'll listen to you. I won't talk to males unless it's necessary."
Having received assurances from the little female, Fei Han nodded, her mood finally improving.
As the two walked out of the outer city, before they even got close, they saw a plume of thick black smoke rising into the sky from the direction of the inn.
Fei Han's expression turned cold, and she spread her wings and flew in that direction.
From the sky, Yu Wanwan could clearly see that the burning building was the very hotel where they had stayed the day before.
Yu Wanwan patted Fei Han on the shoulder and said anxiously, "It's bad, Fei Han! Mo Zhou and Shun Feng are still inside! We have to go and rescue them!"
"Don't worry, they're not here."
The distance was too great, and Yu Wanwan's eyesight was not as good as Fei Han's, so she did not see Shun Feng standing at the door. However, Fei Han's eyesight was comparable to that of a telescope, and she was flying high, so she could easily see the wailing innkeeper and Shun Feng and the others below.
"Wanwan, Feihan, you're back." Shunfeng, with his sharp eyes, saw the two people landing and quickly called out.
As soon as her feet touched the ground, Yu Wanwan ran over, her face filled with undisguised anxiety: "Shunfeng, are you alright?"
Fei Han followed behind Yu Wanwan, her eyes narrowing as she noticed a large tree next to the hotel.
"We're fine."
"Where's Mo Zhou? Why isn't Mo Zhou here?" Yu Wanwan glanced around behind Shunfeng. Everyone was there, but Mo Zhou was nowhere to be seen.
"Oh no, is Mo Zhou still inside?" Yu Wanwan realized that Mo Zhou might still be in the fire and instinctively tried to run inside.
Fei Han reacted quickly, grabbing Yu Wanwan and pulling her close, saying in a deep voice, "Wanwan, you can't go, it's too dangerous."
"But Mo Zhou is still inside, we must go and save him!" Yu Wanwan's eyes were filled with tears, making her look pitiful.
Fei Han reassured her, "Don't worry, Mo Zhou isn't inside."
"Where is he?"
“He’s in that tree,” Fei Han said, pointing to the tree they had seen earlier.
Yu Wanwan's mind was completely in a mess. She wiped her eyes and sobbed, "Why doesn't Mo Zhou come out if he's alright?"
