Chapter 6 Meeting in Shanghai

Early the next morning, Fu Wei Bo sent his uncle and nephew to the station.

Fu Weilun and Fu Yu each carried a backpack. Fu Weibo handed the package in his hand to the third brother, "I put two hundred yuan in your bag. Here are the dry food that your sister-in-law packed for me. Be careful on the way."

Fu Weilun picked up the package and looked at Fu Weibo speechlessly, "It's so heavy? There are food on the train, why don't you take it back?"

"Take it with you. It will take at least three days to get to Shanghai. There is chili sauce and boiled eggs made by your sister-in-law in it. You can buy some hot buns on the train to eat with it on the way."

"If there's anything you need me to do, just call the production team,"

Fu Wei Bo was worried that he couldn't go this time, but he also knew that his family really couldn't do without him. Not to mention the production team, he was also worried about his own father.

The train ticket was for seven in the morning, and they entered the station ten minutes early.

After waiting for a while, the train arrived at the station. The uncle and nephew waved goodbye to Fu Wei Bo, picked up the package and got on the train.

It takes about three days and three nights to get from Anyang County to Shanghai. Fu Weilun asked someone to buy a sleeper ticket so he could sleep, otherwise he would have been afraid that he would not be able to get off the train.

Fu Weilun couldn't help but laugh as he looked at Fu Yu who was looking around curiously. He didn't expect that his usually steady nephew had such a childish side.

"You took a train once when you were a child, have you forgotten?"

“No impression”

Fu Weilun: “…”

No matter what his usual personality is, Fu Yu is just a seventeen-year-old boy who is curious about unknown things.

After Fu Yu satisfied his curiosity, he saw that his uncle opposite him had fallen asleep. Although he was a little sleepy, he still resisted the sleepiness and took out a book from his bag to read. There were many people coming and going on the train, so he still had to be careful of pickpockets.

It was already noon when Fu Weilun woke up.

Fu Weilun opened his eyes and looked at his nephew who was reading a book across from him. "Ayu, stop reading. Let's eat first."

Fu Yu touched his hungry stomach and said, "Uncle San, I am hungry and sleepy now."

Giving him a resentful look,

"We can't both sleep, one person has to stay to watch things."

"Yes, it's my fault. Uncle San didn't get much sleep last night. I'll go get some hot water and soak the boiled eggs your mom brought us. Then buy some hot buns. After dinner, go to sleep. I'll watch over you in the afternoon."

Fu Weilun took out two large kettles from his bag and went to get hot water.

I fetched some hot water and soaked the eggs in it. Then I took out the hot steamed buns I had just bought and a bottle of chili sauce from the package and placed them on the small table between the two beds.

"Ayu, eat quickly and go to sleep right after eating."

The two of them wolfed down the six steamed buns they bought and finished the soaked eggs.

Burp~ I ate too much.

After clearing the table and pouring two cups of hot water, the two chatted leisurely.

"Uncle San, have you ever seen Uncle Grandpa's granddaughter?"

Fu Weilun raised his eyebrows and looked at him. "Xiao Xiao, that girl, should be less than thirteen years old this year. I met her not long after she was born."

Fu Yu: "This is the only girl in our Fu family. The second child has been clamoring for a younger sister, and now she has got her wish."

Fu Weilun glanced at him calmly, then pulled the corner of his mouth slightly, as if smiling.

"Second child? How come I remember it was you? Have you forgotten the joke you made when your brother was born?"

Fu Yu's mouth twitched slightly, and then he said calmly, "She must be a well-behaved sister."

Fu Weilun leaned back on the berth, ignoring his attempt to change the subject, a smile on his lips.

A good sister?

He couldn't help but think of his little mother.

Fu Weilun looked out through the window, his narrowed eyes revealing a thoughtful look: Thinking back to the gentle and gentle Sister Jingshu, how excellent she was, but unfortunately...

......

On the second day, a family of three arrived in the sleeper berth. It would have been fine if everyone sat in their own seats, but who knew they would encounter a naughty child. The child was making so much noise the whole day that we couldn't rest. Fortunately, they got off the train in the afternoon.

The following passengers were relatively normal. The two of them ate, chatted and slept along the way.

Before we knew it, we had been driving for three days and three nights, and finally arrived in Shanghai at around 1 a.m. on the fourth day.

Two people carrying their schoolbags struggled to squeeze out of the train station.

Fu Yu looked at the unfamiliar things in front of him and instinctively turned his gaze to the man next to him, "Uncle San, where are we going? You know the way, right?"

Fu Weilun looked at his exhausted nephew with amusement, "It's too early now, your sister probably hasn't gotten up yet, let's find a place to rest and wash up first."

I found a guesthouse and booked a room.

Although it was a sleeper berth, I was almost exhausted to death after sitting on the train for several days, and my body smelled very sour.

The first thing I did when I arrived at the guesthouse was to take a shower, and then take a nap on the bed.

After sleeping for about three or four hours, it was getting light outside. Looking at his nephew who was sleeping soundly in bed, Fu Weilun did not wake him up. He got up quietly, went out alone to ask for directions, and got something to eat.

When I got back, I woke up my nephew and said, "Ayu, get up and eat something."

He said to the sleepy man in front of him, "After dinner, get ready and go to your uncle's house."

Fu Yu, who had just woken up, asked in a hoarse voice: "Uncle, do you know the way?"

"Well...it's not far, we can get there in half an hour by foot, let's eat first."
