Chapter 526 You two better watch out

Watching the departing figures of the crowd.

Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba looked at each other in bewilderment.

"Those damn bastards."

“We killed so many of the horses that were pulling the cart.”

"If these warhorses hadn't died, would we have needed to go through all this trouble?"

Just then.

The black horse, Ta Yun, let out a long neigh.

"My horse is still the best." Xiang Yu hung the Tsar Cannon on the horse's back.

The black horse pulled the cannon forward with great speed.

Li Yuanba was immediately unconvinced: "Your Swift-Treading Black Steed is good, but my Myriad Clouds and Smoke Veil is just as good."

The two men rode warhorses pulling the Tsar's cannon straight towards the distant woods.

After reaching the woods.

Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba removed the two Tsar Cannons.

He didn't run all the way here.

These guys hauled the shells back, truckload after truckload.

The wolves in the distance were getting closer and closer to Andrei and his men.

Andrei and the other Russian soldiers who had survived by sheer luck saw Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba charging towards them again and again.

"Please, save us."

"I'll give you the money."

"Don't leave us here, there are wolves everywhere."

"They will eat us."

"For God's sake, please help us, we would be eternally grateful."

Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba had no time to talk about them.

"Li Yuanba, what kind of gibberish are they speaking?"

"I don't understand, it seems like they're telling us to move all the shells away quickly." Li Yuanba smiled slightly, "The bombing just now was really too intense. The shells are scattered all over the ground."

"Xiang Yu, how many cannonballs did you just transport?"

"There are more than a dozen of them. These cannonballs are really big." Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba chatted as they loaded the cannonballs scattered on the ground onto the cart.

Andrei staggered toward Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba.

A dozen or so Russians followed closely behind Andrei.

They knew that if Xiang Yu and Li Yuanba left, these charging wolves would be able to devour them alive.

Li Yuanba and Xiang Yu crashed into a cart full of cannonballs, then tumbled back onto their horses and galloped away into the distance.

The dozen or so Russian soldiers were completely stunned.

I never expected that the two of them would run away so fast.

"Catch up with them quickly."

"How do we pursue them?"

The howling of wolves grew louder.

These wolves had already surrounded them.

More and more wolves from the grasslands approached, drawn by the howl of the wolf king.

Wolves are social animals.

They are also cunning and treacherous hunters.

"Everyone pick up your weapons and fight these wolves!" Andrei knew there was no other way.

The wolves were getting closer and closer to them.

The wolves cautiously approached.

Each prairie wolf was two to three meters long, and they cautiously moved forward while growling softly.

"God bless us." Andrei held a pistol, with two long guns leaning against the ground beside him.

The dozen or so men stood back to back, their guns pointed straight ahead.

These Russian soldiers could only rely on each other.

With a wolf howl.

Even though the wolf charged at them quickly.

"Damn, they're too fast."

"Aim and shoot."

"Each of us only has one or two shooting opportunities."

These wolves didn't charge straight at us; they charged in an S-shape.

The wolf charged left and right across the snow, when it was less than 30 meters away from them.

Andrei's musket fired.

The muskets of the other dozen or so men also opened fire.

A cacophony of gunshots rang out.

More than a dozen bullets flew out.

However, very few bullets actually hit their targets.

Most of the bullets were fired and only one or two hit the prairie wolf.

However, during their rapid charge, being hit by bullets does not slow these prairie wolves down much.

Andrei and his men panicked: "Grab your knives and fight these beasts!"

Almost all of the dozen or so musketeers were wounded.

Andrei lost one arm, and almost none of the others had two good hands.

Letting them carry bayonets is a joke.

Whoosh whoosh whoosh...

When the wolves were still seven or eight meters away from Andrei and his men, they quickly took to the air.

These enormous prairie wolves can jump quite far.

Andrei threw the pistol on the ground and picked up a long spear with a bayonet at one end.

The wolf leaped into the air, and Andrei, holding a bayonet in one hand, thrust it fiercely into the wolf's body.

To his disappointment, the prairie wolf behind him pounced and bit the back of his neck.

These steppe wolves cooperated with each other extremely closely.

In an instant, the formation of more than a dozen Russian soldiers, who were standing back to back, was completely disrupted.

These wolves dragged the dozen or so Rakshasa soldiers across the grassland.

Soon, more and more wolves pounced.

Each Russian soldier had to face seven or eight steppe wolves.

These prairie wolves worked together, some tearing at legs, some at arms, and some biting necks directly.

Accompanied by a series of desperate screams, the steppe wolves quickly tore Andrei and the other surviving Russian soldiers to pieces.

...

In the woods.

Jiang Tian held a telescope and looked into the distance.
