Chapter Ninety-Nine: What Hero?

After killing the 200 insects, Qi An was so tired that he leaned against Chen Xi and slept for 20 minutes.

Twenty minutes was the absolute limit, considering their location was quite dangerous, and they were afraid of attracting other insects.

The other three helped each other treat the more serious wounds. After Qi An woke up, the group went to find the three technicians.

It wasn't that they didn't contact the command post, but that the sergeant major ripped apart the tactical backpack hanging in front of Chen Xi with a single touch, scattering everything inside, including the military tablet.

The tablet had been crushed by countless feet and tentacles. When it was finally retrieved, it was no longer able to be turned on, and even the power button was gone!
