(Apocalypse + Rebirth + Space + Hoarding + Ruthless Character + Golden Finger)
Xiao Yi, a ruthless King of Soldiers who struggled for five years in the apocalypse, was betrayed by his comrade...
Then, the wheels also had problems. The sturdy tires began to wear out under the long-term intense friction, and some even cracked, threatening to blow out at any time. The armored vehicle became bumpy and unstable during driving, and every shake caused a huge impact on Xiao Yi and the supplies inside.
The car's electronic devices also began to malfunction. The indicator lights on the dashboard flashed wildly, then went out one by one. A piercing noise came from the communication equipment, completely cutting off any possibility of contact with the outside world.
The armored vehicle's braking system also made an ominous sound, and the brake pedal became extremely heavy and unresponsive, making it difficult for Xiao Yi to respond quickly and effectively when faced with emergencies.
To make matters worse, cracks and dents appeared on the car's protective armor. The zombies' frantic ramming and tearing finally began to take effect, and the once indestructible steel plates began to deform, putting Xiao Yi in greater and greater danger.
The flames from the submachine gun in Xiao Yi's hand gradually became sparse, until they finally stopped completely. He had no bullets left, but the zombies in front of him continued to pour in like a tide.
He stared at the endless horde of zombies, his eyes revealing deep despair. The determination he felt every time he pulled the trigger was now replaced by endless fear and helplessness.
His breathing became rapid and heavy, his chest heaving violently. Sweat poured down his forehead, stinging his eyes, but he no longer had the strength to wipe it away.
Xiao Yi looked around, trying to find any glimmer of hope for survival, but all he saw were more and more zombies, baring their fangs and claws, as if they had already smelled the scent of victory.
"Am I going to die here?" This thought kept swirling in his mind. He remembered the mission before he set out, and the people at the base who were waiting for his return, and a wave of resentment welled up in his heart.
He tightly grasped the empty gun in his hand, as if it was his last straw. However, the cold gun body was a ruthless reminder to him that hope was fading bit by bit.
The zombies were getting closer and closer, and the stench of decay filled the air, making people sick. Xiao Yi's body began to tremble, and his legs seemed to be weighed down by lead blocks, unable to move at all.
Despair was like a huge net, enveloping him tightly, making it almost impossible for him to breathe. He looked at the approaching death, his heart filled with nostalgia for life and unwillingness to accept his fate.
Just when Xiao Yi was shrouded in the haze of despair, his almost distracted eyes suddenly caught a glimpse of a narrow alley hidden in the chaos.
The alley was like a tiny crack, sandwiched between two rows of dilapidated houses. The walls were covered with traces of time and mottled with moss, looking dark and damp.
Xiao Yi's eyes lit up instantly, as if he saw a ray of light in the darkness. He stared at the alley intently, and a glimmer of hope ignited in his heart.
The alley was extremely narrow, barely wide enough for an armored vehicle to pass through. The entrance was cluttered with debris: old barrels, rotten planks, and some bricks that had fallen from nowhere.
Xiao Yi nervously observed the surroundings of the alley, worried that zombies would suddenly rush out from it. But at this moment, apart from the surging tide of zombies behind him, there was no movement in the alley for the time being.
His heartbeat accelerated rapidly, his mind racing as he considered whether this was truly the only escape route. If he rushed in, what if it turned out to be a dead end, or if the exit was blocked by zombies? He would be doomed.
But looking back at the zombie swarm that was about to swallow him, Xiao Yi knew that he had no other choice. This narrow alley might be his last hope of survival.
He took a deep breath, gripped the steering wheel tightly with both hands, and prepared to take a gamble and rush into the unknown alley.
Xiao Yi's face was full of determination. He clenched his teeth tightly, with such force that it seemed as if his teeth would break.
He gripped the armored vehicle's steering wheel tightly with both hands, his knuckles turning pale from the excessive force. His eyes burned with desperate determination as he stared straight at the narrow alley.
"Boom!" He stepped on the accelerator to the bottom, and the armored vehicle's engine made a deafening roar.
The vehicle hurtled down the alley like a wild beast out of control, its wheels spinning rapidly, kicking up a cloud of dust.
Xiao Yi's body rose and fell with the violent shaking of the armored vehicle, but his eyes never left the target in front of him.
As it rushed into the alley, the armored vehicle scraped past the roadside obstacles, sending out a series of dazzling sparks. The sharp and piercing sound of metal rubbing against each other seemed to protest this almost crazy move.
Xiao Yi's heart was beating so fast that it seemed to burst out of his throat. His breathing was rapid and heavy, and every breath seemed to be desperately trying to absorb the hope of survival.
As he got closer to the alley, Xiao Yi could clearly see the piles of debris at the entrance. But he showed no signs of slowing down. He had only one thought in his mind: rush over!
Finally, the armored vehicle plunged into the alley with an unstoppable momentum. The zombies chased after the armored vehicle like crazy, their distorted figures and hideous faces constantly shaking in Xiao Yi's rearview mirror.
These zombies walked with a staggering but eager pace, making creepy roars, as if they wanted to knock down the armored vehicle immediately.
When they reached the narrow alley, some of the larger zombies were stuck because the alley was too narrow. They struggled hard, trying to squeeze in, but it was in vain. Their limbs squeezed and collided with each other, making a sickening sound.
