(Apocalypse + Rebirth + Space + Hoarding + Ruthless Character + Golden Finger)
Xiao Yi, a ruthless King of Soldiers who struggled for five years in the apocalypse, was betrayed by his comrade...
Xiao Yi gripped the steering wheel of the armored vehicle tightly with both hands, his eyes focused and nervous, driving the armored vehicle through the woods. The wheels turned rapidly, rolling up fallen leaves and dust, and the roar of the engine was particularly loud in the silent woods.
Suddenly, the road ahead was illuminated by several strong lights, making it as bright as day. Xiao Yi's heart tightened suddenly, and he subconsciously stepped on the brakes. The armored vehicle slid forward for a distance under the influence of inertia before finally stopping.
As his vision gradually cleared, he was horrified to find a group of well-equipped mercenaries in front of him. They were wearing black combat uniforms, bulletproof helmets, and their faces were painted with greasepaint, so their faces could not be seen clearly, but their cold and sharp eyes made people shudder.
The mercenaries were armed with various advanced weapons, including automatic rifles, submachine guns, and even rocket launchers. Under the light, the metal parts on the weapons flashed with a cold light.
They quickly spread out, forming a semicircular encirclement that surrounded Xiao Yi's armored vehicle. Everyone's movements were neat and tidy, and they were well-trained, obviously veterans who had been through many battles.
Xiao Yi's heartbeat accelerated instantly, and beads of sweat appeared on his forehead. He knew clearly that he was in an extremely dangerous situation. But there was no trace of retreat in his eyes. Instead, he was full of vigilance and determination. His brain was working rapidly, thinking about how to deal with it.
They lined up in a row, like an indestructible human wall, blocking Xiao Yi's way. Everyone's posture was tense, emitting a chilling aura.
The mercenaries' eyes, like those of hungry wolves, revealed undisguised greed. It seemed as if they could devour Xiao Yi alive and take everything he possessed. Their gazes darted back and forth over the armored vehicle, as if assessing the value of it and the people inside.
At the same time, their eyes were filled with incomparable ferocity. It was a ferocity that could only come from those who had experienced countless killings and bloodshed, as if as long as Xiao Yi showed the slightest resistance, they would not hesitate to put him to death.
Their pupils contracted, their eyes were like knives, piercing straight at Xiao Yi, as if to see through his soul. In these fierce eyes, there was no mercy or sympathy, only the pursuit of interests and ruthlessness towards the enemy.
Being stared at like this, Xiao Yi felt a chill running down his spine, instantly spreading throughout his body. But he suppressed his inner fear, gripped the steering wheel tightly, and prepared to face the coming storm.
Before Xiao Yi could recover from that terrifying gaze, deafening gunshots suddenly rang out.
The mercenaries pulled the trigger without hesitation. In an instant, flames spurted out and bullets poured out like a rainstorm.
The dense sound of gunfire instantly shattered the tranquility of the woods. Bullets whizzed through the air, carrying a deadly threat. Sparks flew across the hull of the armored vehicle, making a sharp impact sound.
Xiao Yi only felt a chaos in front of his eyes, and his ears were buzzing from the gunshots. His mind was blank, and he had no time to react.
Bullets whizzed around him, shattering the car windows and sending glass fragments flying everywhere. The car was instantly filled with the smell of gunpowder and dust, making it difficult to breathe.
He subconsciously lowered his body, trying to avoid the sudden hail of bullets, but the impact of the bullets made the armored vehicle tremble continuously, as if it would fall apart at any time.
The mercenaries outside showed no sign of stopping, their shooting became more and more intense, as if they wanted to completely destroy Xiao Yi and the armored vehicle. Bullets were fired at the armored vehicle like violent raindrops, and the dense shooting sound was continuous and deafening.
Bullets whistled and slammed into the armored vehicle at alarming speeds, the violent collision of metal against metal sending forth countless dazzling sparks.
The car's body was instantly covered in bullet holes, a crisscross of deep and shallow marks, like a cruel web of war. Some were just shallow scrapes, leaving a tiny scratch; others were deeply embedded in the car, forming shocking dents.
The metal surrounding the bullet holes was twisted and deformed by the immense force of the impact, curling outwards and exposing the steel within. Some areas were even shot through, leaving holes of varying sizes. Through these holes, one could see the smoke and the hideous faces of the mercenaries outside the vehicle.
As the bullets continued to pound, the armored vehicle's hull became riddled with holes, its once sturdy defenses seemingly becoming incredibly fragile. The vehicle's body trembled constantly, groaning in pain as it endured round after round of fierce attacks.
There was a flame of anger burning in Xiao Yi's eyes, and the resentment in his heart surged like a turbulent wave. At this critical moment of life and death, he was not willing to sit and wait for death.
He gritted his teeth and with incredible agility, thrust his gun through the firing slit. His arm muscles tensed as he gripped the gun handle tightly, his knuckles turning white from the exertion.
His eyes were firm and cold as he quickly aimed at the mercenaries. Without the slightest hesitation, he decisively pulled the trigger, the gunshot rang out, and the bullet flew out.
Each time he fired, he roared, as if to vent all the anger and fear in his heart. His movements were swift and accurate, constantly adjusting the shooting angle, trying to inflict maximum damage to the enemy.
Xiao Yi's breathing was rapid and heavy, but his shooting rhythm was not disordered at all. He stared at the enemy intently, not letting go of any opportunity to attack.
Bullets flew from his gun, tracing deadly arcs across the night sky. He held a single conviction: to fight tooth and nail, to carve a path for himself. His bullets, like angry beasts, roared from the barrel. The sharp sound of them piercing the air was like the roar of death.
