"My name is Xiaoyu..." the little girl answered sobbingly.

"Okay, Xiaoyu, don't be afraid, uncle will protect you." Xiao Yi said softly, while thinking about what to do in his mind.

They slowly moved forward along the passage of the parking lot. Xiao Yi noticed that small cracks began to appear on the ground, and unknown liquid seeped out of the cracks, making a "sizzling" sound.

"Be careful, don't step on the liquid." Xiao Yi reminded.

At this moment, a strange sound came from the distance, like something crawling. Xiao Yi's heartbeat accelerated, he pulled Xiaoyu to hide behind a car and held his breath.

The sound was getting closer, and in the faint green light, Xiao Yi saw a group of strange creatures crawling out of the darkness. They looked like insects, but they were huge, and their shells had a metallic luster. The most terrifying thing was that their eyes were blood red, like lightning in the sky.

"Don't make a sound..." Xiao Yi mouthed to Xiaoyu, feeling the little girl's body shaking violently.

The monsters seemed to have sensed something and began to linger around. Xiao Yi's palms were sweaty, and he knew that if they were discovered, they would have no chance of escape.

Suddenly, Xiaoyu's foot accidentally touched a piece of gravel, making a slight sound. The monsters immediately turned their heads, staring straight in their direction with bloodshot eyes.

"Run!" Xiao Yi shouted, pulling Xiaoyu and rushing in the opposite direction.

There were piercing screams behind him, and the monsters quickly caught up with him. Xiao Yi's heart was pounding, and he knew that with their speed, they could not outrun the monsters.

Just then, he noticed an SUV with its doors open. Without thinking too much, he pushed Xiaoyu into the car, jumped in himself, and quickly closed the door.

";Bang!;"

A monster hit the car door, making a loud noise. Xiao Yi quickly locked the car door, and the monsters outside were hitting the car windows frantically.

"Uncle, I'm scared..." Xiaoyu curled up in the back seat, tears streaming down her face.

"Don't be afraid, we're safe for now." Xiao Yi comforted him while quickly checking the situation in the car. Fortunately, the car key was still in the ignition.

He tried to start the car, and the engine roared. The monsters seemed to be frightened by the sound and temporarily retreated.

"Hold on tight, we're about to rush out!" Xiao Yi shouted, stepping on the accelerator.

The SUV rushed out suddenly, knocking aside several monsters blocking the road. The windshield was splashed with an unknown liquid, making a "hissing" corrosion sound.

Xiao Yi gripped the steering wheel tightly, swerving frantically through the dark parking lot. In the rearview mirror, the monsters were chasing him relentlessly, their screams echoing in the enclosed space, making people shudder.

Suddenly, a faint light appeared in front of him. Xiao Yi looked closely and saw that it was another exit of the parking lot.

"Hold on!" he yelled, accelerating towards the light.

However, just as they were about to reach the exit, the ground suddenly shook violently. A huge crack appeared in front of them, and black liquid gushed out from the crack.

Xiao Yi swerved the steering wheel and narrowly avoided the crack, but the SUV lost control and crashed into the wall.

The impact of the collision made Xiao Yi's eyes go dark. When he came to his senses, he found that the car had stalled and the monsters were approaching rapidly.

"Damn..." He cursed and turned to look at Xiaoyu, "Are you okay?"

The little girl turned pale, but nodded.

Xiao Yi took a deep breath. He knew they had to find a way to escape, otherwise...

Just then, he noticed something glowing under the passenger seat. He reached out and touched it, and found a strange device covered with intricate patterns, emitting a faint blue light.

The monsters seemed to be very afraid of this device. They stopped a few meters away from the car and made uneasy hissing sounds.

Xiao Yi held the device tightly, a glimmer of hope rising in his heart. Perhaps, this is the key to their escape...

Xiao Yi gripped the device tightly in his hand, and the blue light was particularly eye-catching in the darkness. The monsters seemed to be extremely afraid of this light and retreated, making uneasy hissing sounds.

"Xiaoyu, follow me closely." Xiao Yi whispered and opened the car door carefully.

The little girl clutched the corner of his clothes tightly, her body still trembling slightly. Xiao Yi could feel her palms were full of cold sweat, but there was no time to comfort her at the moment.

The blue light seemed to guide them in the right direction. Xiao Yi noticed that when he pointed the device in a certain direction, the light would become stronger. He decided to follow this guidance and look for an opportunity to escape.

The ground was still shaking, and the black liquid seeping from the cracks emitted a pungent smell. Xiao Yi carefully avoided the liquid and observed his surroundings vigilantly.

"Uncle, look!" Xiaoyu suddenly pointed ahead with a hint of hope in her voice.

Xiao Yi looked in the direction she pointed, and saw a door not far away marked "Emergency Exit". But the problem was that a group of monsters were blocking the door, staring at them with greedy eyes.

"Damn it..." Xiao Yi cursed and thought quickly about countermeasures.
