Less than an hour later, the truck came to a safe stop in front of Desheng Generator.

This surprised Ye Lei, who had assumed that such shady dealings would at least take place in a secluded location.

Surprisingly, they were actually inside the company, which shows the immense power behind them.

At the security booth, after the security personnel strictly verified the truck driver's identity, the tightly closed iron gate slowly opened, and the truck slowly drove in.

This is the only security booth I've seen since the apocalypse began, with security guards on duty. Everything here appears orderly and well-managed.

Ye Lei had once planned to come here to collect generators, but fortunately he didn't, otherwise it would have been a wasted trip.

The truck slowly drove into the warehouse. After the driver got out, he hurriedly left, presumably eager to report to his superiors what he had seen and heard in Happiness Park.

That's Xu Jiao's voice. Chen Xueer is driving!

Ye Lei walked along the shelves several times, storing every single item into his storage space. Looking at the empty warehouse, he smiled with satisfaction, then climbed out of the window and sneaked towards the office building.

Ye Lei quietly walked to the vicinity of the office building and observed the surrounding environment.

He found a side door and was about to enter when suddenly, he heard footsteps coming from inside. They grew clearer and clearer, and they were walking towards him.

Ye Lei quickly dodged to the side, and the moment the man stepped out, Ye Lei's powerful strength pulled him over, one hand around his neck and the other covering his mouth.

"Don't make noise, be quiet."

Ye Lei leaned close to his ear and whispered something.

The sudden turn of events caught him off guard. He struggled desperately and couldn't hear a word Ye Lei said.

Helpless, under Ye Lei's 480 attribute points of power, he could not move an inch. After struggling for three minutes, the man clearly knew it was useless and gradually quieted down.

"Will you be obedient?"

Seeing that he had stopped struggling, Ye Lei asked again, and the man nodded vigorously.

The man nodded again.

He neatly tucked his white shirt into his belt, straightened his clothes, and began to admire himself, feeling that he was quite handsome.

He then tossed the man aside like trash and swaggered into the office building through a side door.

When Ye Lei arrived at the front desk, he was surprised to find a beautiful woman sitting there, busy making a phone call.

Upon hearing that familiar voice, Ye Lei instantly realized that it was the voice of the customer service number he had dialed while in the shelter.

Ye Lei walked past her, a slight, almost imperceptible smile playing on his lips.
