The scarred man pulled out a knife, brandished it slightly, and threatened, "Kid, I'll give you a chance to live. Leave this girl here, or I'll crush your bones."

The dark-faced man suddenly said, "Boss, isn't this kid Ji Hao? I heard he built a safe house before the apocalypse, and there's plenty of food inside."

The scarred man was taken aback, then exclaimed with delight, "Good heavens, today is truly a double celebration!"

Shen Yihan was startled and instinctively hid behind Ji Hao, saying in a cold voice, "Get out of the way! You're breaking the law!"

The three men with the scar broke into laughter upon hearing Shen Yihan's words.

The man with the earring said, "This girl is pretty, and she has long legs, but she's an idiot."

"Hey little girl, you say we've broken the law? Then go ahead and call the police, see if anyone's paying any attention to you." The dark-faced man stared intently at Shen Yihan's long, beautiful legs.

"Damn, so he's a trained fighter!" the scarred man in the lead cursed, then said to the dark-faced man, "Attack together, don't hold back."

"Okay." The dark-faced man responded, circled behind Ji Hao, and thrust his dagger at Ji Hao's neck at an extremely tricky angle.

But Ji Hao was faster. He kicked the dagger away, then grabbed the black-faced man's neck with both hands and twisted it forcefully.

With a snap, the black-faced man's neck was broken on the spot, and he died a gruesome death.

Of the three, only the scarred man who was in the lead remained.
