Chapter 465: The Great Wilderness Star Falls!

Mount Targon is located in an uninhabited area far away from civilization at the western end of the Shurima continent.

It is the top of the world in Runeterra, bathed in the scorching sun all year round, overlooking the mountains at its feet.

Many legends and stories on this planet originate from this mysterious mountain, and it also attracts a constant stream of dreamers, explorers and lunatics.

Perhaps it's the pursuit of glory and the deep desire to reach the top of the soul, or it's to receive wisdom and enlightenment, or perhaps it's the hope to see the true appearance of the legendary giant star spirit.

Even though most people will die while climbing the giant peaks, they still enjoy doing it.

Among those who come back, some will always be confused or have empty eyes, and no longer have any pursuit for anything in the world.

The other part will be completely changed and chosen by the gods in heaven to be their agents on earth, gaining supreme astral power and thus embarking on a supreme mission that is difficult for mortals to understand.

At the top of the main peak of Mount Giant God, a giant arch made of unknown material is shining with brilliant colors. An orange-red beam of light connects the gate and goes vertically upward to the universe.

On the altar of the sacred peak, a man with a bare upper body and muscular body, a helmet with burning stars on his head, a blue cloak covered with stars, holding a spear and a strong shield, looked up at the sky.

The Star Spirit of War, also known in legends as Pantheon, the constellation god who is recorded as the King of War.

"Arbitrator." The man's voice was powerful and heavy, but it carried a sense of oppression as if the world was collapsing.

With her command, the originally still stars suddenly began to shift.

Then, as the environment around the archway of the Divine Peak was covered by a purple-blue light like the glow of the sunset, a star life form composed of purple-blue starry sky crystals and holding a magic wand appeared, its true form several dozen meters tall.

Those are not stars in the sky at all, but guardians created by the Titan spirits and sent to the top of the Titan Peak to give mortals the final test.

She could barely make out the single eye and mouth of the face moving downwards. When the Arbitrator noticed the man standing on the ground, he immediately knelt on one knee, placed his right hand that was not holding the staff on his chest, and lowered his head.

"When will the Twilight Star Spirit send us news again?"

Flames hotter than the sun flickered in the gaps of Pantheon's helmet. He pointed the Star-piercing Spear, inherited from the first host of the War Astral, at the Guardian in front of him, his tone of arrogance undisguised.

The Arbitrator remained silent. Pantheon snorted coldly, spun the spear in his hand, and smashed the spiked end heavily on the Star Iron Altar at his feet.

With the help of sparks, a hollow mark was burned on the ground.

"I really don't know why she doesn't just take over the body of this naughty ant!"

Pansen was in a bad mood.

The last time Zuo Yin brought back some bad news, he said that the soothsayer of the starry sky predicted the destruction of the war constellation in the future, and the root cause was in the Rune Land.

But the War Constellation is the War Star Spirit Pantheon himself. Doesn’t this mean that she herself will perish because of such a small planet?

As the strongest among many constellations, Panson's combat effectiveness is unquestionable.

Even though she is aloof and arrogant and doesn't get along with other star spirits, no one dares to provoke this most powerful guy.

It was ridiculous for Pantheon that the natives of a planet could destroy the constellations in the sky.

In her own opinion, even if the soul from another universe that the Twilight Star Spirit host has taken a fancy to develop the technology to fly out of the planet, he can't even do anything to the sun, so how can he have an impact on the constellations?

In anger, she ordered Zuo Yin to return to heaven to find the fortune teller and let him predict her future again to see whether this body she had occupied for more than decades was about to die.

However, once he left the Rune Land, Zuo Yin, who never liked to follow the rules, would go somewhere to play and forget about his mission.

Although the Protoss are eternal and immortal, the time for the destruction of the war constellation is approaching. Pantheon, whose anger is becoming increasingly difficult to control, is ready to settle the score with the fortune teller.

The Protoss are ruthless and cannot be judged by human moral standards, but this does not mean that there is no struggle among them.

The radicals, led by the War Protoss and the Twilight Protoss, do not have a good relationship with the conservatives, led by the Guardian Protoss and the Traveler Protoss. There are also neutral factions like the Justice Protoss, the Sun Protoss, and the Moon Protoss, who never participate in human struggles.

The War Protoss and the Twilight Protoss have been guiding humans since the beginning of their existence. A considerable number of mortal disputes and the initial beliefs of mortals can be traced back to these two Protoss.

In addition to their most radical behavior besides participating in the Darkin War, they also manipulated the humans of this land to offer the great Star-Forging Dragon King a crown with a celestial curse in order to steal Aurelion Sol's knowledge and power, and sealed him in a place not far from Runeterra, where he could see the planet.

Pantheon stared directly at the Peak Arbiter before him, considered for a moment, and then asked another question: "The Traveler Protoss has already chosen a human host, and the Guardian Protoss also has its own candidate. Do you know who that person is?"

The Guardian's head drooped even lower, emitting a series of "noises" in a language not from Runeterra that could only be understood by beings born in the astral realm.

"The one chosen by the Guardian Protoss is in Demacia, and his fate has already been determined."

Pantheon laughed without any warmth. "As a giant god, you hold yourself to the same standards as mortals. You truly are worthy of being my compatriot."
