A mage accidentally drifts to Blue Star. The intelligent life on Blue Star cannot influence reality by manipulating dark matter, thus the mage loses their casting ability.
In order to recover...
"It's in my possession. I received it from someone else, and I've never used it before!"
Dave yelled, "Are you sure you haven't used it?"
Larry shuddered: "Sir, I've thought about it, and I really haven't used this domain name since I bought it from someone else 10 years ago."
"I've always wanted to sell the domain name 'magic.' to the World Magic Congress, but they've never been willing to offer a high price."
"I spent 200,000 US dollars to buy it back then, but the Magic Convention wouldn't even offer 1 million US dollars."
Dave looked menacing: "If you don't tell the truth, I might have to resort to some methods!"
Larry looked aggrieved: "Sir, I really haven't used this domain name. I'm a domain investor, not an entrepreneur or business owner."
"I only hoard domain names and never use them. My daily promotions are all done on Facebook and Twitter."
As a veteran agent, Dave could tell whether Larry was telling the truth or not, and he continued to ask:
"Has anyone contacted you recently expressing interest in buying this domain name? Perhaps within the last year or two?"
Larry: "Very few people know that I own this domain name. I think a few people have asked about it recently. The only one I remember clearly is the World Magic Convention. We have been in communication with them."
"They really want to buy the magic. domain name."
Dave: "Write down their names, quick!"
Larry said in a low voice, "Sir, I need to get my phone so I can find these people's names. I'm afraid my memory is wrong."
