At Your Command, Miss Ghost

I've been a courier for over three years, delivering many bizarre packages. Now, I'm here to tell you about some little-known incidents involving the delivery of human ashes!

That day...

Chapter 243 Fairy Sister

The seventh layer of hell, the hell of knife mountains!

Blasphemers: It's okay if you don't believe in the gods, but you can't blaspheme them. Killing animals: forget about killing people, just say you killed cows, horses, cats, or dogs in your lifetime. They're also living beings, perhaps humans in their past lives, perhaps even relatives... Because the underworld is different from the living world, there's no distinction between high and low. Cows, horses, cats, dogs, and humans are all considered living beings. Those who commit either of these two offenses will be sent to the Hell of Knives after death. They'll be stripped naked and forced to climb a mountain of knives... Depending on the severity of their sin, they may even be "permanently" placed on the mountain of knives.

The so-called "permanence" requires us to talk about the connection between hell and time.

The "layers" of the Eighteen Hells don't refer to spatial differences, but rather to differences in time and punishment, particularly in time. The first hell has a day equal to 375 human years, a month equal to 30 days, and a year equal to 12 months. Ghosts must serve this prison sentence for 10,000 years, equivalent to 13.5 billion human years. The second hell has a day equal to 7,500 human years, requiring ghosts to serve 20,000 years, equivalent to 54 billion human years. The sentences in each subsequent hell are doubled based on the previous prison's length. By this calculation, the length of time spent in the Eighteenth Hell is incalculable, and the suffering of the ghosts trapped there can be imagined.

Of course, as someone who knows nothing about Hell, I definitely didn't know about this. Su Xiaoniu was the one who cram-fed me in on Hell knowledge in her free time. We were seen descending through the eighteen levels of Hell, layer by layer. In reality, this wasn't a spatial transition, but rather a time-based teleportation.

To put it simply, the further you are sent to in the Eighteen Levels of Hell, the longer you will be imprisoned in that hell, ranging from tens of billions of years, hundreds of billions of years, to trillions of years, or even to infinity.

This is the horror of hell!

In other words, if you committed many evil deeds in the mortal realm and were "lucky" enough to be sent to Hell, you'd likely be sent to the first level of Hell, the Tongue-Pulling Hell, for a minimum of 10,000 years, or 13.5 billion years in mortal terms! After 13.5 billion years, if your sins were truly severe, you'd be sent to the second level, the Scissors Hell, for 54 billion years, and so on. As you can imagine, the more sinful you were in the mortal realm, the more nightmare you'd be spending in Hell after death! If a heinous criminal were sent to the Eighteenth Level of Hell, by the time they were released and reincarnated, Earth wouldn't even be around anymore.

Not to mention the Earth, even the solar system has changed several times...

Back to the present, the Hell of the Mountain of Knives. Those who blaspheme the gods, kill animals, or commit any of the above two crimes will be thrown into the Hell of the Mountain of Knives after death. They will be stripped of their clothes and forced to climb the mountain of knives naked.

Su Xiaoniu and I had just arrived at the Knife Mountain Hell when we heard a piercing cry of "Ahhhh!" in the distance. We looked in the direction of the sound and saw a massive, circular, cliff-like hell. Beneath the cliff lay an inverted expanse of ground covered in swords and blades—the so-called Knife Mountain!

Although I have experienced mountains of swords and seas of fire before, compared with the mountain of swords in front of me, the mountain of swords in the Ghost Gate Bagua Escape is simply child's play.

The Hell of Knives Mountain was indeed called the Hell of Knives Mountain. Gazing down from the cliffs, one could see a dense mass of swords and sharp blades spread across the mountain. Beneath the gleaming white tips lay blood-soaked knives. Above the blades lay corpses, and blood flowed like a river.

Calling them corpses is a bit of an exaggeration, because these men and women are all dead ghosts, sent to hell to be punished. However, the miserable scene before us would make people mistakenly believe that the men and women lying on the mountain of knives are corpses...

They were writhing on the mountain of knives, their bodies already bloody and mangled, wailing in agony, making one feel a bit pitiful at first glance. But even pitiful people must have something hateful about them. They were all evil in their lives, and it was not surprising that they were tortured in the mountain of knives after death.

I only lamented the horror of the hell of swords, but did not sympathize with them.

There were two ghosts on the Knife Mountain Prison. One was dressed in purple, with a brown scarf around his neck and a long staff in his hand. The other was dressed in red, with a white scarf around his neck and a fork in his hand. Both wore white shorts and stood tall on the mountaintop, looking at the people being tortured on the Knife Mountain with no sympathy on their faces. They would occasionally whisper to each other, seemingly discussing something, and then look up and shout orders to the group of jailers on the other side of the cliff, telling them to quickly push the people off the cliff and into the Knife Mountain for torture!

Su Xiaoniu and I witnessed the men and women on the cliff being pushed off the cliff by a group of jailers. They fell into the mountain of knives below the cliff and their entire bodies were pierced. In an instant, miserable screams resounded throughout hell!

"Hell is so scary!" I exclaimed.

"This is the final resting place for evildoers. No one can punish them in the living world, but they will suffer in the afterlife," Su Xiaoniu said casually. "As long as one behaves righteously and doesn't do bad things, even if one does, if one repents, they can pray to the Buddha and gods, accumulate good deeds, and the karmic fire on their bodies will naturally dissipate. If those with serious sins repent, their sentence and suffering in hell will be reduced. For those with lighter sins, once their karmic fire is eliminated, they will not be sent to hell and can directly queue up for reincarnation."

I nodded. After all, it is hell, which is specially prepared for those who do bad things in the world.

While we were talking, two prison ghosts on the cliff had already spotted us and shouted at us, "Who are you?"

I was about to answer when Su Xiaoniu pulled me. I didn't understand what she meant, but she walked up to me and said to the two prison ghosts, "Xiaohong, Xiaozi."

Little Red? Little Purple?

I stared. Was Su Xiaonu calling those two prison ghosts?
