Chapter 346: Basic Learning

In the spacious classroom, a melodious bell rang. After the teacher said "get out of class dismissed," the students got up and left the classroom. Even after almost everyone had left, there was still one figure lurking in the middle seat by the window.

Golden sunlight streamed through the window, bathing the girl in a warm yellow hue that added a touch of warmth to her fair complexion.

"Anno...Anno, get out of class is over."

Her deskmate called out to Anuo softly, and seeing that she was still asleep, gently patted her.

Anno stirred her head and drowsily opened her eyes.

She has tried her best to catch up on sleep at home, but she still has to sleep at least half the day. Practical classes are okay, but in theoretical classes, even if she tries her best to concentrate, she still falls asleep without realizing it.

Their class is an advanced continuing education class, a newly formed class this semester. Some students were originally from this college and were promoted, but most of them were admitted from other colleges. The two packed up some odds and ends, then left the classroom with their bags on their backs.

"By the way, Anno, there's another class tonight, a last-minute test class. The details are in the group chat. See if you want to attend."

After hearing what Molly said, Anno opened the class group chat.

It was a course testing the functionality of an instrument for an aircraft. The students were just there to observe; the instrument was made by older students. The teacher told them to go and see the results of their seniors. It was optional for them to go.

Anuo had attended classes for over a month without missing a single one, and after thinking about it, she decided it was best to go.

The courses at this college are all very well-organized, and the teaching resources and faculty are top-notch. No class is superfluous, especially for engineering students like them. Mechanical technology is complex and intricate, and missing even one class would make them feel like they would fall behind.

Although Anno had some basic knowledge, she had figured it all out on her own. Moreover, the difference between Earth's technology and the current interstellar technology was like the difference between a small puddle and a vast ocean. She had to learn everything from the basics.

She checked the class time; it was 7 PM. It was already past 5 PM. After thinking about it, she decided not to go back for dinner. She could use this time to review today's lessons again. She had been drowsy during the last class and had barely listened, but fortunately, it was a theory class, so she could look at the notes Molly had given her.

She told Caesar and the others directly through the consciousness network, and then she and Molly parted ways and headed straight for the cafeteria.

Molly's home is nearby, and she usually goes there for meals. Every afternoon after class, she goes straight to the arcade next to the college to play games and look at game merchandise.

Following the map on her computer, she arrived at the academy's cafeteria.

She had been at the college for over a month, and this was the first time she had eaten in the cafeteria.

This is the peak time for lunch after class, and students from all departments and majors flock to the restaurant, chatting and laughing together in twos and threes.

Anno, who was used to being alone, walked slowly toward the food window after entering the cafeteria.

The academy has more than one canteen, divided into four campuses: east, west, south, and north. Anuo's campus, the east campus, is full of upperclassmen, most of whom are upperclassmen with superpowers. The canteen windows are quite high, reaching up to Anuo's chest. Her height makes her stand out among the tall superpowered students around her.

The waiters who were serving the food were also students working part-time. When they saw Anuo, they smiled and asked her what she wanted to eat.

Anno was unaware that a group of curious students with superpowers were standing behind her. They were not curious about her figure, but rather about her clothing.

The petite girl in front of them looked quite young. She was dressed very well in her school uniform, with a similar-style fluffy coat over it. The coat was embroidered with the school's logo and looked like it was handmade. She also wore a matching brown fluffy hat and long socks. She looked like a fluffy little animal and seemed very afraid of the cold.

Although it's springtime, the temperature is only around 10°C at its coldest. These students with superpowers, who have to train intensely every day, are drenched in sweat after a day of training. If they weren't afraid of being caught by the disciplinary committee and having their credits deducted, they would have taken off their shirts.

Anno placed his hand by the window, his gaze sweeping over the neatly arranged and exquisitely presented food.
