"Oh no! Oh no!" The villagers rushed into the office, breathless. "The village chief said that there might be a problem with the venue for this harvest festival... the venue!"

Shen Qiqi and Lu Qing looked at each other, their hearts sinking. They had just been immersed in the joy of career success, but now reality poured a bucket of cold water on them.

Sure enough, there is no smooth sailing on the road to entrepreneurship.

Shen Qiqi put down the budget sheet in her hand. The densely packed numbers on it were like a snarling monster, devouring her hope.

With limited funds, we are stretched to the limit. It is really like "a good cook cannot cook without rice"!

Looking at this headache-inducing budget, Shen Qiqi felt like her brain was about to stop working.

The two men came to a small shop in the town. When the owner, Zhang, saw them, he immediately put on a face of a "profiteer". His smile was even more cunning than that of a fox.

"Oh, isn't this Boss Lu and Mrs. Lu? What brings you here today?" Boss Zhang rubbed his hands, his eyes flashing with shrewd calculation.

Shen Qiqi got straight to the point and stated the purpose of her visit directly, "Boss Zhang, our village is going to hold a harvest celebration, and we'd like to purchase some firecrackers, ribbons, and the like from you."

When Boss Zhang heard this, his eyes narrowed into slits. "Oh, this is a big business! But, you know, prices have been rising sharply recently..."

As he spoke, he took out the goods. The price tag was ridiculously high!

The price of a bundle of firecrackers has doubled, and the price of ribbons is even more outrageous.

Shen Qiqi looked at the outrageous price, her eyebrows almost twisted into a knot. Isn't this "raising the price"?

She sneered, her tone becoming tougher. "Boss Zhang, isn't your price a bit too outrageous? We're not 'stupid and rich'."

Boss Zhang's smile froze for a moment, but he quickly regained his shrewd demeanor. "Oh, Madam Lu, you can't say that. Doing business isn't easy these days! If you don't buy it, someone else will!"

Shen Qiqi's eyes turned cold. She was not the kind of "soft persimmon" who could be slaughtered at will.

She placed the merchandise on the table and said loudly, "Boss Zhang, I'd rather not do business with you!"

After she finished speaking, she pulled Lu Qing out, leaving Boss Zhang standing there, cursing at their backs.

"Humph, if you don't want to sell it, then don't sell it. I don't believe it. He's the only store in this town!" Shen Qiqi's tone was filled with a hint of stubbornness that refused to admit defeat.

Shen Qiqi pulled Lu Qing out of Boss Zhang's shop without looking back.

"Hmph, you really think you're so important! I won't serve you anymore!" She said angrily, her tone full of disdain.

Seeing her angry look, Lu Qing couldn't help laughing and ruffled her hair. "Qiqi, you are such a hottie!"

Shen Qiqi rolled her eyes at him, "That's called not taking advantage! Come on, let's go check out some other places. I don't believe they're the only ones selling firecrackers and ribbons in this town!"

The two visited several more stores, compared prices, and finally found a supplier that offered high-quality products at a low price.

The boss was a kind-looking old man who received them with a smile and quoted a very fair price.

Shen Qiqi signed the contract with satisfaction, her face filled with the joy of victory.

She stuffed the contract into her bag and patted it, as if she had just closed a multi-million dollar deal.

"Done! Perfect!"

Lu Qing looked at her with admiration in her eyes as she acted like she was giving orders.

His Qiqi is getting more and more awesome!

After solving the procurement problem, the next thing is the venue.

Shen Qiqi and Lu Qing went to the village committee without stopping and found Village Chief Sun to explain their purpose.

When Village Chief Sun heard this, his brows furrowed into the shape of a "川" character, and he looked troubled. "Qiqi, this piece of land...ah, it's really a bit difficult to deal with..." He sighed, his tone full of helplessness.

Shen Qiqi's heart skipped a beat, and an ominous premonition arose spontaneously.

"Village Chief, if you have any difficulties, please tell us and we will find a solution together."

"It's like this. The harvest is good this year, and every household has dried all the grain. There's no room left in the threshing ground..." Village Chief Sun said, spreading his hands, looking helpless.
