As night fell, Shen Qiqi and Lu Qing walked side by side on the path back to the village, holding the approval document from the Education Bureau in their hands, their hearts beating like a little rabbit.

She knew that this was only the first step in a long journey and the real test was yet to come.

The next day, Shen Qiqi came to school early.

The sunlight shone on her face through the window, and she felt like a warrior who had been injected with chicken blood, full of energy.

But the moment she stepped into the principal's office, she felt a cold wind blowing in her face.

Principal Sun sat behind his desk with a frown on his face, like a defeated general.

He held the approval document in his hand but hesitated to open it. "Xiao Shen, is this... this plan really going to start?" His tone was full of hesitation, as if he was asking a century-old question.

The smile on Shen Qiqi's face froze for a moment, and the flame in her heart was poured with a basin of cold water.

"Principal Sun, the Education Bureau has already agreed, and our plan is well-thought-out and will benefit the children's future." She tried to keep her tone calm, but her enthusiasm was obviously suppressed.

"I know, I know..." Principal Sun rubbed his brow, looking like he had a headache. "But you know the situation at school. Would such a sudden and drastic change affect the normal teaching order? I'm afraid those veteran teachers wouldn't easily agree."

She took a deep breath and suppressed her unhappiness.

"Principal Sun, Teacher Liu, since you're worried about disrupting the normal teaching order, why don't we do an experiment?" She spoke slowly, a hint of subtle excitement in her tone, "I already have a detailed plan to adjust the teaching schedule..."

Shen Qiqi took out a thick stack of manuscript paper from her bag. The paper was slightly curled, and it was obvious that it had been revised repeatedly.

"This is the teaching progress adjustment plan I developed based on the actual situation of our school. It will not affect the normal teaching progress, but can gradually integrate into the new education support plan." She handed the plan to Principal Sun with a firm look and a tone full of confidence.

Principal Sun took the plan, put on his reading glasses, and read it carefully page by page.

The teachers around also stretched their necks and looked at the plan curiously, and the originally tense atmosphere eased a little.
