Bang!
A gunshot rang out from the direction of the three-story building.
Li Tianyi's face darkened, and he rushed over as fast as he could, "What's wrong? What's wrong?"
"Practice shooting!" Wang Xue'er poked her head out of the window.
"Grandma, this is terrifying so early in the morning!" Li Tianyi said with a stern face.
Wang Xue'er made a face at him, stuck out her tongue, and said with a grin, "You're digging too loudly, we can't sleep either!"
Bang bang bang!
Gunshots rang out continuously.
When Li Tianyi entered the room, he was immediately stunned. The second-floor bedroom had been converted into an indoor shooting range, and Xiaoman was wearing headphones and pulling the trigger.
"I'll start explaining after my sister finishes firing a burst!" Wang Xue'er smiled slightly.
Shortly after, Xiaoman took off her headphones, sweetly called out "Brother," and obediently gave up the center position.
"Let me explain the structure first, everyone listen carefully! This is..." (cannot be written, everyone understands)
"Do you all understand?" Wang Xue'er said after seeing them nod. "Next, we'll talk about assembly. Start like this, then like this. Practice more, and your speed will improve!"
In about eight seconds, .45 was reinstalled.
The two were astonished.
Wang Xue'er gave a bitter smile, "My speed isn't the fastest, it's barely average. The fastest record is nine seconds to disassemble and reassemble!"
"How fast would that require?" Xiaoman shook her head as she looked at the scattered parts.
"Take a deep breath, concentrate, you can do it!" Wang Xueer encouraged.
Xiaoman calmed herself down, slowly closed her eyes, then opened them, and quickly grabbed the parts to assemble them, so fast that her image blurred.
Li Tianyi, afraid of making a noise that might disturb her, maintained his previous posture.
"Seven and a half seconds? My God?" Wang Xue'er tilted her head. "Is this really your first time learning about firearms?"
“Yes!” Xiaoman replied.
"A prodigy!" Wang Xue'er gave a thumbs up.
Xiaoman's confidence soared, and she disassembled the gun even faster, increasing the time to seven seconds.
Meanwhile, Li Tianyi also completed the third assembly within eight seconds.
"I don't want to stay here anymore! You two siblings are both incredibly talented!" Wang Xue'er was deeply hurt, and walked out with her head down. "This is too cruel, humph!"
The two followed, grinning, and said, "You taught well!"
Wang Xueer felt dizzy and almost fell over. She glared at them fiercely and strode towards the stairs.
Xiaoman watched her retreating figure and said cheekily, "Brother, we'll deal with her tonight!"
Li Tianyi smacked her on the head with his right hand, "You brat, your thoughts are so filthy! Watch out or I'll spank your ass!"
Xiaoman squatted down, her face beaming, "Come on, hit me here!"
"Damn it!" Li Tian felt dizzy and his chest ached. He punched the hole twice and shouted angrily with a stern face, "Didn't I teach you anything about propriety, righteousness, and a sense of shame?"
In Xiaoman's memory, he was always a loving older brother who had never yelled at her. What was going on today?
Not only did she not understand, but even Li Tianyi couldn't figure it out. Deep down, he still thought of her as that little girl with a runny nose who would cry from time to time.
After a quick meal, Li Tianyi used the system space to pack two buckets of water and headed towards the back mountain.
On the way, I kept asking myself, "Did I go too far?"
Unable to figure it out, I could only keep going.
The humidity in the forest was very high in the morning, with fog everywhere and visibility less than ten meters.
Li Tianyi dared not be distracted any longer and cautiously explored forward.
I got lost without even realizing it.
Fortunately, there was a compass in the system space, which helped us find the right direction to move forward.
The surrounding weeds were half a meter high, thorns were dense, and trees were crisscrossed, so a path had to be cleared to move forward.
Li Tianyi used the Po Jun sword to slash, and his advance was smooth.
Two hours later.
He had no idea how many times he had swung the knife; his hands were exhausted, so he sat down to rest on a tree trunk the size of a cantaloupe.
His eyes gradually closed, and a soft snore began.
A few seconds later, Li Tianyi suddenly woke up and slashed horizontally with lightning speed. A sharp blade flashed and a tree the size of a basketball in front of him was cut in half.
"So a knife can be used like this?" Li Tianyi carefully recalled the attack just now and gained a deeper understanding of Po Jun.
The tree crashed to the ground, scattering fallen leaves and withered branches.
Something seemed to move slightly.
Li Tianyi was unaware of the situation, still immersed in the move he had just made, unable to extricate himself from it.
Two fist-sized green lights were rapidly approaching each other.
Shh! Shh!
With such a commotion, Li Tianyi quickly got up and retreated, his gaze falling on it. He exclaimed in surprise, "A patterned python!"
He had heard older hunters mention this creature when he was a child. They said it was huge, about ten meters long, and incredibly strong. If anyone was lucky enough to encounter it, they would only suffer a loss.
Li Tianyi's expression was solemn. He held a knife in his left hand and a gun in his right, and decisively pulled the trigger.
The bullets hit it and sparks flew.
"So hard?"
Adjust the angle and shoot towards the eyes.
The python clearly changed its attack direction, using its thick scales to deflect the bullet.
The magazine was emptied quickly, with no time to reload, so he could only toss it into the system space and wave the Broken Army weapon in both hands.
He swung his sword repeatedly, leaving afterimages of blades everywhere.
Fear flashed in the patterned python's eyes, and it dared not approach for the time being.
Li Tianyi seized the opportunity and retreated with all his might, finally reaching a more open area before it gradually adapted to the rhythm of the attack.
This place is relatively open to humans, but the patterned python is restricted everywhere, especially by the diagonally cut thorns and small tree stumps, which infuriate it.
Hiss!
The snake's tongue, over a meter long, flicked out, and its eyes were fierce.
Li Tianyi stood in the center, a disdainful smile playing on his lips. "Mudfish, is that all you've got?"
The patterned python was so angry it almost spoke human language, and rapidly approached.
Li Tianyi did not move.
Blinded by rage, if it were to calmly observe, it would surely find that the other party's eyes were half-closed, the corners of its mouth were turned up, and it was filled with murderous intent.
Just as the gaping maw approached, a large log pierced through it, causing the creature to writhe in agony.
Li Tianyi jumped up and kicked the center of the log with both feet, the sharpened log piercing the upper jaw of the patterned python.
It struggled incessantly, its scales shattered in many places, and blood flowed freely.
The patterned python no longer wanted to stay there and fled in panic.
"Did I let you leave?" Li Tianyi dodged several times and arrived at its abdomen, stabbing Po Jun with all his might.
The giant snake, in pain, lashed out with its tail in all directions.
Li Tianyi quickly dodged and rolled, narrowly escaping danger.
As time went on, the frequency of the snake's tail attacks decreased significantly.
"A perfect opportunity!" Li Tianyi used the broken scales to rush forward, reaching the seven-inch mark, and thrust out a knife with all his might. "Die!"
The patterned python twisted a few times before crashing to the ground and remaining motionless.
Li Tianyi was panting heavily, sweat dripping from his hair, his body trembling slightly, and he felt completely weak. "Luckily, I killed it first, otherwise I would have been the one to die!"
After a short rest, dragging his exhausted body, he painstakingly cut open the snake's belly, only to be met with a beam of silver light that blinded him instantly...
