Chapter 483 Import Taxes and Rice - 28

Even Yang Jing, who considered himself to be patriotic enough, was helpless in the face of such an impossible tax policy.

Of course, he arranged this speedboat today, but he did not intend to use it to transport these treasures back to China. This speedboat was purely a cover for the storage space. Yang Jing was not confident that such precious treasures could be transported back by a speedboat. After the speedboat approached the Blue Whale, all the treasures were stored in the storage space by Yang Jing.

Yang Jing would never sell these treasures, so if we follow the normal policy, as long as the approval documents are obtained, these things can be brought into the country normally.

But Yang Jing couldn't afford to wait. This kind of approval document was very troublesome to review. Even if Yang Jing had four masters to help him, it would still take a long time to get all the applications approved.

But these treasures are in urgent need of maintenance, so Yang Jing plans to transport them into the country for maintenance first, while applying for approval documents for maintenance. When the approval documents come down, this batch of treasures will truly appear.

This was somewhat against the rules, but Yang Jing believed that if the higher-ups knew the value of these treasures, they would release them. After all, Yang Jing intended to keep these treasures in the country forever, rather than using them for profit, which fully met the requirements for the application.

I guess the country doesn't want to see such precious treasures being lost abroad.

Moreover, in order to impress the upper echelons as quickly as possible, Yang Jing also made a preparation, that is, the Catastrophic armed helicopter.

Most of China's previous weapons and equipment were inherited from the Soviet Union. Although China later carried out independent research and development and made great progress, it is undeniable that Soviet military weapons and equipment are still very important to China.

Just like helicopters, although China has independently developed advanced helicopters such as the Z-10 and Z-20, it still has a great demand for foreign high-tech armed helicopters.

China is actually very interested in the Mi-28 attack helicopter, which was developed by the former Soviet Union.

Russia is the earliest country to engage in the research and development of helicopters, and has also developed a number of famous models, such as the Mi-24, Mi-171, etc. In the 1970s, the United States launched the "Advanced Armed Helicopter" project and developed the famous AH64 Apache attack helicopter. In response, the Mil Design Bureau was also ordered to develop a similar model, which is the Mi-28, an attack helicopter with excellent performance, but it is less famous. To be precise, it has bad luck!

After the first prototype of the Mi-28 made its maiden flight in November 1982, the project has been in a state of slow development for a long time, but its development has not been suspended. The Russian side has tried to promote the aircraft to the international market to get rid of the problem of insufficient development funds. In 1995, in the Swedish attack helicopter procurement project, the Mi-28 and the "Apache" were compared and tested. In almost all items, the Mi-28 won, only the avionics was slightly worse, but the gap was not big. The types and functions of avionics equipment are the same as those in the West, but the performance parameters are lower.

The good performance of the Mi-28 also attracted China's attention, so it proposed to purchase two Mi-28s first for testing in the country. Unfortunately, it was rejected by the Russian side because the Russian side was forced to reject it. The problem is still the production problem.

The Mi-28 has been under development, so naturally there is no production line. Only two aircraft were produced in a trial production manner. The cost was too high, and China could not afford it. Russia could not start the production line for only two aircraft. China did have a lot of interest in the Mi-28, but did not dare to rashly purchase a large number of aircraft that were not mass-produced. It was a safe bet to buy only two aircraft. After the trial, the subsequent orders could be decided. The differences caused by this could not be resolved immediately, so the matter was dragged on.

The Mi-28 has been in such a contradictory state for a long time. On the one hand, due to the lack of orders, it is impossible to build and start the production line; on the other hand, because it has not been put into mass production, no one dares to place an order. However, the Russian side has never given up the project. After all, this is a very high-performance armed straight-combat aircraft.

Later, in addition to equipping the Russian army, the Mi-28 was also exported. Many countries have ordered the aircraft, and the Russian side finally got rid of the previous difficult situation. However, when the Russian side tried to promote it to China again, it found that there was no chance at all. At the beginning of this century, China's domestically produced armed helicopter Z-10 had begun test flights. Perhaps its performance was not as good as the Mi-28, but as a domestic model, China had no reason to give up, and the Z-10 project had been progressing well. China naturally lost interest in importing the Mi-28, so the Mi-28 lost the opportunity to settle in China.

But even so, the Chinese military is still very interested in the Mi-28, even if it is just to get one for "reference". After all, the Mi-28 is not comparable to the Z-10, and the backwardness in all aspects cannot be made up by talking.

The most important thing is that the Mi-28 that Yang Jing got is the complete version of the Russian military, the Mi-28N, which is completely different from the castrated export version. Some of the key core technologies on it are currently needed by the Chinese military. If Yang Jing hands over this Mi-28, I believe that the Chinese military will definitely welcome it.

This is also the main reason why Yang Jing has been asking to bring this Mi-28 back.

PS: I would like to thank "游方道人游四方" for the reward of 100.
