Chapter 72

January 19, Friday, cloudy and rainy.

Today is my friend’s birthday. After saying hello to my colleagues, I skipped work and went home at 3 pm.

I've been chatting with this young lady these past two days, and I've had mixed feelings. I originally thought I was just a trash can eating melons, but I didn't expect to hear a similar story.

Alas, probably everyone will always encounter some hard-to-get things in life, some are things, some are people.

Before going out, I put on some makeup because I was having a birthday party with a friend.

It's been a while since I've looked in the mirror this closely, and I suddenly felt like something was missing. After pondering it for a while, I lowered my head and saw the reflection on my phone screen, and it dawned on me.

As if I thought of something, I ran back to the room quickly and stood on the electronic scale.

I'm so happy. I've lost another 3 kilograms compared to a few days ago.
